Had to wait 20 mins from placing an order via the app. Then as we sat down to eat it. As it had just gone past 9.00pm we were told to leave. Had to wrap the food back up and go and eat it outside.

I tend to always eat in here. Food is always served fresh, staff are always working hard and the restaurant is clean. Go to other branches and see if you can say that…I think this place should be the blueprint for all Burger King restaurants. Happy to spend my money here whether it’s a cheeky meal without the kids or a feast with them.

Staff and service not at all good no knowledge of app and over charged i did say something and got do you want this order or not. Rude and all need more training.Burger was wafer thin honestly would advise people to think twice about this place.

Ordered £26 worth of burgers and fries at 3.45 pm today for delivery at 4.45pm, arrived at 5.40pm by a taxi driver who had no warm bag so the food was disgusting and cold!! I had to reheat it and even then it was barely edible!! Burger king should not accept orders if they cannot deliver what they promise!! Absolutely appalling and as much as I love a burger king I will not be using Lowestoft branch ever again!!

Only given one star as not able to give 0. Ordered through Just Eat and recieved a delivered notification! Phoned the store to advise that we had not received the food to be told that the driver had been knocking at the door but no response. We have a ring doorbell and can prove that no body came to our house. Burger King refused to send out more food and completely washed there hands of our problem. Absolutely disgusted!

With no one in the restaurant to even be busy but still had toWaiting ages for our meal to be prepared then got told to go have a seat at this point we asked for a refund after seeing out meal being handled with no hygiene considered, this place is appalling and ran by kids who just mess about like they are still at school, it's about time these places have responsible adults to run then

Ordered at drive through on a Wednesday evening. Ordered 2 x whooper meals and told to wait in parking bay, 15 minutes later food still not out so I went in to get it only to find it still not prepared! Restaurant was no where near busy and staff just didn’t give a monkeys! Food was at least hot this time (was just about lukewarm last time) I can remember when fast food was quick. This place has gone really down hill. Will go to Manhattan next time.
