As always Karen and Mick were excellent hosts & the room & facilities were fantastic. It is a great location to base yourself and the property is stunning along with the surrounding gardens,river & countryside. We will be back

Amazing b&b everything was beautiful emaculate throughout..had a lounge we could use with TV & books plus a kitchen that karen let us keep some drinks and food in .the breakfast room on first floor was superb with views out over the countryside and a stream..that also had a lounge area for us to use ..Emaculate bedroom. Shower amazing toiletries beautiful white fluffy towels white bedding and beds were comfy ..kettle with plenty of different teas, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits ...Breakfast choice was excellent catered for everyone

Lovely B&B. Breakfast was delicious! Very friendly hosts, had our room ready before 12 as we had wedding on the day and needed to drop our bags and go, very accommodating:)

Excellent place to stay. The hosts were so kind and friendly. They even offered to pick me up from the train station due to no public transport on the day I arrived. The rooms were in immaculate condition; cosey, comfy and spacious. Internally, the place was done up to a very high standard. The breakfast was very delicious too. Price was very good and affordable. Well worth the price. This place is better than many established hotels out there. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Stunning little B&B! Great price and value. Friendly, professional owners who know the local area. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is seriously comfortable, great little complimentary brew kit, the en suite is lovely and the pressure in the shower is brilliant.If you're ever in the area and they have a room available, I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Excellent B&B..... Property finished to a high standard and some nice finishing touches........Fabulous large room with bath and shower. Two very pleasant large reception rooms for guests. Amazing breakfast. Great heating and shower pressure. Superb place to stay.

Fantastic B&B (way better than most hotels)My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the twin bedroom so we could visit local friends. The accommodation is superb with absolutely everything provided, including en-suite shower room; all spotlessly clean and very comfortable.Set in a lovely quiet spot, perfect for a good night’s rest and the great breakfasts started our days in fine style.Thanks Karen. We will definitely be returning next year.
