House of Kundalini

A wonderful place to calm and realign oneself. Unlike anything else, it is difficult to describe kundalini yoga in words and what it does, but I do know, whenever I go to Heart Windlesham for a class, my week gets a whole lot better! Lovely welcoming and non-judgemental teaching.

I’ve done yoga for over 20 years and I have to say Kundalini is the most transformative. Meeting Charlene has been an absolute blessing in my life and she is a fantastic, inspirational teacher and person. This style of yoga challenges you, makes you dig deep and achieve amazing things physically and mentally. It will change your life!!

Charlene’s Kundalini Yoga classes are truly wonderful and have had such a profound impact on my life in my life in so many positive ways. My favourite yoga class however so much more than yoga! A beautiful space with the most incredible teacher. We learn about so much and I always leave feeling completely different to when I arrived. A very welcoming group for all abilities and ages....

I have been attending Darshan Hari’s Tuesday morning class for around 6 months. I was recommended by a friend and it truly has been the single most important thing I have done for myself since becoming a mother. I joined the class overwhelmed by first time Motherhood, sleep deprived and a bit stuck around how to find some balance. Within weeks my whole energy shifted and lifted and practicing Kundalini with Darshan Hari and others in the group has been positively life changing.If you are looking to find a teacher who blends real life warmth, heart felt and in-depth yoga knowledge and who welcomes you into a space to get connected and tune into your true authentic self once more then Heart Windlesham is just perfect.Thank you Darshan Hari for all you do and I look forward to continuing my practice with you for many years to come xx

I absolutely love kundalini yoga at Heart Windlesham! Charlene is an amazing teacher with great intuition. I always look forward to going on a Tuesday morning and feel amazing afterwards. Her space where she teaches is beautiful and instils relaxation and calm within you as soon as you arrive. So happy to have found her <3

I haven’t heard of kundalini before and when I first visited the studio was a very special class. I have been back few times, and the times I really enjoyed were the full moon session and a gong bath. I haven’t been able to commit to a class every week but every opportunity I can I go back to a workshop. They are really interesting and you feel so welcomed, Charlene is a good teacher and the whole experience has been amazing. I totally recommended
