UK Cleaning Supplies (Power Hygiene)

Don't buy anyhing from them. What a rubbish company. I bought an unger multilink adapter on their website on 27th July . Ordered it actually 17 days ago. Item still not arrived. Company doesn't reply to my email. I eventually found their phone number and asked for a refund. I have been told to wait for another four days for refund because the person in charge of that department not there!!! Totally rubbish discusting business attitude!!

My order has got LOST in the system. After couple of days I sent enquiry asking what has happened and complaining about the poor service.I have been given two choices (both were my suggestions anyway) keeping the order and agree for a delivery nearly a week later than expected but refunding P&P costs or cancelling the order with full refund.When I emailed company with my decision to keep the order and have free delivery as a form of compensation I have received a lovely email with the apologies for lost order and confirmation of the money refunded.Next day the order hasn't turned up and I had no reply to email I sent asking what have they done.Unprofessional and miscommunication in the sales/customer service department.Waste of time and (over a week and as a result no products and yet no money back)

Appalling.I picked up a delivery from UK cleaning supplies from the depot. The man at the depot loaded this into my car. When I got home I realised that one of the boxes had torn.This box was about 40cm Rach way and only held x6 1 litre bottles with one piece of wafer thin bubble wrap. The limescale remover had exploded on transport via depot and torn the box and leaked all over my boot.My car boot has a 50x50cm permanent discolouration, white rather than black. This was not the couriers issue as the box was packaged with no padding or security for corrosive chemicals. All the other chemicals were soaked in this limescale remover which has taken off the bottle labelling that I need for health and safety for my cleaners so they are now not in use.Thats about £35 in chemicals, and quoted £165+vat to have my car boot carpet replaced. Plus having to reorder the chemical of another site and shipping for £40. All in all £140 out of pocket.I have complained via email and attatched photos no response. I have phoned everyday this week and got hung up on. No effort from the company to work with me to resolve this. No contact just being ignored.

Paid for items I didn’t receive. Not all of my order showed still waiting for some of it which I was told would follow. I also reported missing items that were meant to be included in delivery and was told I would get a call back which I haven’t.

Terrible experience, first of all i called the company to collect some purified water at half 3 to see if they had any left the lady on the phone was nice and said yes we have but we do shut in 30 minutes (wasn't a problem as i was only 10 minutes away, got there at 3.40 went to the front counter to be rudely spoken to and when i said the lady said its open until 4 he said well it isn't any more isit) this man being a old man with hardly no teeth and a belly like Santa and no customer service skills what so ever, it is a shame as myself and members from my family have spent alot of money as we always order everything for work from this company but from now i will be taking my money to a better company, The owner of UK cleaning supplies need to have a real hard think of who he is employing good luck with santa and his big ears!!!!!

The customer service is appalling. The short older man that serves you is awful. Rude, blunt and not helpful at all. How you let that man be anywhere near customers is a joke. Hire someone with half a brain next time, he'll be 50% smarter than the troglodyte that is currently there.Edit: All the positive reviews are clearly fake. Just left by family and staff. Half of them have the same surname lol.

Brilliant Service from UK Cleaning Supplies !! got my delivery within 2 days of ordering and was all complete, even gave me a courtesy call to say that it wouldn't be able to go next day but will be sent out the following day!! couldn't be happier :) !!! would so recommend !!
