A very professional and caring experience, this is the second skoda dealership I have delt with and in my opinion certainly the best. Excellent coffee aswell. Sales man went out of his way to make sure everything was as it should be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Picked up our car today salesman was first class,his name was harry could not do enough for us he explained all through the viewing of the car explained the purchasing of the car and the service plan etc.we would not hesitate to return again. Thanks to rob.

The salesperson who dealt with us, Harry Baughan, was excellent in every respect. He made suggestions and raised issues we hadn't thought of, and was clear and straightforward in his comments and information. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, but if he wasn't sure of a detail, he promptly found out. His manner was friendly and patient, and he accounted for my ignorance about cars very politely!As our previous car had been scrapped, we weren't able to drive to the dealership to collect our new car. However, it transpired that Harry only lived a couple of miles from our home, so he offered to drive to our house on his way to work and give me a lift to Johnson's Skoda Birmingham, which worked out very well. We also wanted a towbar fitted, which Harry immediately organised with a local company. After buying our car, Harry has been in touch several times to answer our queries and solve one or two problems.The car itself, a Skoda Octavia hatchback, is a delight to drive - it's very comfortable, with good legroom and headroom, a huge boot, quiet, well-equipped with safety features, car status data and access to media. The automatic hand-brake is brilliant.Each member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and gave us confidence in the branch. Their coffee is very good, too!

I bought a an Octavia Estate 13/05/23 and am delighted with it. The sales rep was Shem who gave us first class service from start to finish. Any question I asked was backed up by documentary proof. I will certainly use this dealership again.

Not great today tbh. Bought 1 year old ex demonstration Skoda Kamiq S 6 months ago. Had a few problems soon after which were sorted. Infotainment system has given me problems from day 1. I assumed it was my old phone so hubby has tried his new phone and some functions don't work, says contact dealership, which I did, and was told to pop down and they'll help connect my phone. Told today it will cost me to unlock app function on Swing and manager went to get price. 20 minutes later he comes back to me and says its not available on my car because it wasn't ordered at initial purchase when new. But they ordered the car as a demonstration car so why wasn't it ordered by them to demonstrate the function to customers. He also said it can't be made to work now either so basically I and anyone who may own the car after me are stuffed. I know each model has a different infotainment system and after speaking to another dealership for a second opinion they are confused about why the app button is not working so basically I've been sold a car with a duff infotainment system which the manager of Johnsons is not taking responsibility for and trying to lie to me about the reasons why it's not working.
