Badly run, never can get through. Ordering meds a nightmare I’ve only seen a couple of good drs there in 4 years… can’t be bothered to book appointments now when I have something wrong… just have to manage

Don't bother calling them. You end up in a massive que because they share the line with shifnal. Half the time they book you into the wrong practice to the one you state you live near. Every chance they get you will be fobbed of to A and E!

absolutely shocking, constantly fobbed off, repeat prescription requests not actioned and no correspondence to discuss, appointments booked over a month prior cancelled an hour before and not rebooked, appointment made to see a doctor and get to see a paramedic that cannot prescribe! Sarah is lovely and although she’s not a doctor she is the only one that seems to ever help or action requests in a timely manner. Avoid!!! wish i’d never changed surgeries when i moved to shifnal, biggest mistake ever.

Had a 111 referral with stomach cramps. NHS Direct passed details onto clinic and 111 said I needed to be seen that same day, when I called to get an appointment following this I was told earliest appointment was in 6 days time and that was just how it was".My symptoms got worse and I went to urgent care centre at the hospital followed by a second trip to Shropdoc

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Appalling surgery, some receptionists attitudes are disgusting, no awareness of CQC standards and patients rights.
