What a fantastic little find! We were loosing hope trying to find a dog friendly cafe! And we came across this little Gem!! They had heaters and dog beds. A lovely friendly service and the food was great! Also Gulten free stuff for the humans too!

My first afternoon tea in a very long time, and this place was amazing. The food was lovely. The dessert was amazing, too. The staff were lovely friendly. Will definitely be going back again soon.

Lovely food and good service, I like the rustic look and feel. More seating upstairs which I did not see. Maybe next time

Delightful little cafe tucked away down a side alley. The tea came in a proper teapot and was Yorkshire Tea which is the only tea I drink so that was a bonus, the hot chocolate my daughter had was a delicious treat too. They had a huge selection of sweet treats.Their baby changing facilities were really well thought out, the blankets to lay baby on were very thoughtful as the mats are always too cold.Overall a good find and I'd definitely visit again when I'm back in Richmond.

Stumbled upon this place by chance. What a cracking little place. So quirky, but that's its charm..there's a lovely undercover seating area which is dog friendly.A nice touch is dog beds, for your dog to sit/lay on, instead of a cold hard floor. Our dog loved it and soon settled down. I covered her with one of the crochet blankets provided. Just such a lovely touch.Staff so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious with generous portions. We had veg curry and jacket potato. What gem of a place.

We discovered this cafe by accident but it's lovely. Very quirky, all staff are extremely friendly and the food was gorgeous. There's a small area outside but under cover or room to eat upstairs. We'd certainly return again if we visit Richmond.

Had high expectations... spot the toastie! next to the salad... not as expected... I asked for a toastie - not a miniature. :-( Guest with me had a 'yorkshire' pastie.... don't expect it to be oven cooked... was presented on a plate from the microwave swimming in gravy.... It certainly seems to depend on a detailed interrogation and discussion of the menu... and confirmation that there is an oven there... We will not return.
