I'm going through a difficult time at movement, i think the man who greeted me at big yellow could see that. He made me a cuppa which was so needed and he was very patient with me. It was nice to matter as a customer and a person. The man was polite and approachable and he listened which is rare. Thank you for your help as you help with the referring a descent removal company too, so made my whole ordeal alot more comfortable.

So time consuming to check in . 45 mins , endless questions and 'hidden' charges such as weekly insurance & security deposit .Starts off as a good deal turns out to be expensive

Made a stressful day much easier: Bit of a panic as my son had to move out at very sort notice. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They phoned a few days before, and again on the day of the move, to make sure everything was OK and we had all the information we needed. The check-in was friendly and efficient, and the facilities excellent.
