Used Cars of Somerset

I bought a car 2 and a half months ago. It ran really well but this week it developed what thankfully turned out to be a minor issue, as cars will do. Before even knowing what was wrong and after much anxiety ok my part, Darren went to great lengths to help collect the immobile car for us, then got it seen to, fixed and returned the same day which was a huge relief as it is my only means of transporting my toddler and injured husband around in rural Somerset. Darren definitely went the extra mile to help us and I would highly recommend him. I chose his company partly for the car but largely based on his great reviews on here and on the used car app I was using. I never go with any company with poor reviews so I'm glad to say Used Cars of Somerset lived up to their excellent reputation.

10 / 10 - I bought a BMW X5 from Darren at Used Cars of Somerset. This was by far the most easy, professional and trustworthy car purchase I've made. From the get go Darren was very helpful, honest and transparent. The car is immaculate, and I am certain this is due to his top quality sourcing and trade experience. I cant thank you enough. I will definitely be a returning customer, and if you are on the fence about buying a car from them, do not hesitate!

Bought a Ford Fiesta from here today.Jacob was the man on the forecourt and what a lovely genuine chap he is.No nonsense sales patter but just honest information about the vehicle and although he took my questions seriously he has a great sense of humour.I would definately buy another car from this family business, I can't recommend them enough.Thanks Jacob, keep up the good work my friend.

Completely positive from start to finish. Darren is an all round decent bloke. Really friendly and accommodating, quick to respond and kept me fully up to date. Took the stress out of having to buy a new car. Can’t recommend Used Cars of Somerset enough

Darren was friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. He dealt with all the issues and did most of the paperwork for us. We were very impressed with the service we received and we would recommend the company to anyone. We would certainly buy another care here but at the moment we are more than happy with the one we bought (and the price!).

Fantastic service from Darren and his team and absolutely love my new car! Even when I had to embarrassingly had to call back a couple days later to ask how to open the fuel cap! Darren was always a call away to help. Also importantly, Very Covid safe, the whole experience felt refreshingly easy.

Purchased a car from there. At first I had trouble finding the garage and Darren helped me out massively. Then after purchase a few things needed to be done to the car and Darren was more than helpful with the situation. Overall outstanding customer service, unlike most garages with poor customer interaction. 10/10
