I am really confused about the 1 stars being posted????? I have dealt with all departments for years and never had a problem. In fact they have always gone overboard on the quality of their customer service. These must spam in my experience.

We’ve purchased a car, received after sales care, had numerous vehicles MOT’ed and dropped in unannounced for advice over the years…and every single visit has been greeted with friendly professionalism across the board. Everyone we’ve come into contact with is always very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. It’s very apparent that they genuinely care about the quality of your experience with them, and I simply can not compute these few recent, negative reviews as being about the same people/place. I think they have an integrity and good old fashioned personable customer service that is so sadly lacking from so many other businesses these days.

This just gets worse. As nice as these people are when talking to you and reassuring about everything. At both times they've not owned up to what they were saying initially.First when buying the car the lady literally said yes to every question we were asking first time spending 25k on a brand new vehicle. Day later stressed about things asked called for reassurance she let it slip that she doesn't know anything about these cars and this is the first she has sold of the EV MODEL.AFTER this hurdle now 7000miles later a small error on the screen switching off certain features like cruise control etc asked booked an appointment reassuring no charges everhthing under warranty and like I said random no damage to the car whatsoever. Get there in the morning and then 6 hours later they want to tell me its a £900 charge because the bracket is bent of some sort aka we don't know what we're on as my dad is a mechanic and yes this is an electric vehicle but the person said something about the CV JOINT doesn't have anything to do with the front but in fact the tyre and my dad even said how tough a CV Joint is. Regardless this does not add up because literslly there is not even a hairline scratch at the whole front of my car. For them to try and charge me 900£ oh yes and then apparently a diagnostic fee of £58 which I will never pay as I specifically asked about this prior and it was stated nothing of the sort. They wanted to change the bumper and everything and I cant see even a scratch on a bolt.Awful dealings honestly i feel bad that I recommended the car 2 two people who bought one. Utter disappointment.

First rate dealership. My recent purchase of a used Subaru was a very positive experience, First class informative service provided by a very pleasant member of the sales staff. Seamless faultless transaction from purchase to handover.

I'm really not happy with the service I received from Bulldog Twyford. I paid a huge amount of money and they haven't even fixed the problem they lied to me saying they fixed it but the problem is still there after I pain them over £2000! Horrible experience. Zero stars!!

Great service and very friendly place to buy a car or service, and a special mention to Ben in the service department for his excellent knowledge and fantastic attention he give to all his customers, and also the same applies to Caroline, who also gave me fantastic service, with setting up my car phone, and spending time going through all the functions on my MG ZS EV

Use to be good around 10 years ago but their servicing and workshop service has dropped in their professionalism plus their prices keep going up which are now extortionate prices so I've found 5 different mechanics elsewhere that charge a fraction of the price!Edit to your response. Why should I waste my time contacting you over my review. I'm giving my opinion based on my experience over the years and you try to worm your way out of it by calling me a Bot/spam how rude you are!!

I am not happy with the service from Bulldog Twyford. They use to be great but their standards of professionalism has dropped significantly over the last couple of years with many faults. I've got to the point where enough is enough and I've found another garage to do my servicing.

Mark and Gary were very helpful explaining some of the controls on my new EV which was delivered via a different supplier without any handover. They went out of their way to be helpful, linked my phone to car etc and went through the control panel etc. Will definitely use them when the time comes for a car service. Thanks again.

We're over the moon with our new MG HS. Caroline was amazing from when we first came to test drive right through to picking up the car. Answered our many questions and gave us a great deal on the part-exchange too. Kept the kids happy with sweets as well! This was our first time buying from MG and have been so impressed, the car is fantastic... feels like you're driving around in something twice the price. All in all, very very pleased.
