Can’t recommend Rated Construction enough!!We had been planning our extension for a number of years, and once we finalised the plans with our architect we asked if he could recommend a builder that was capable of taking on our extensive project. The only recommendation he gave was Andy at Rated Construction and we are so thankful that he did.After getting numerous firms out during the tender process, Andy impressed us immediately with his knowledge, enthusiasm and patience. He was always on hand to answer any questions prior the build starting, and once things got going it was obvious that he really knows his stuff. We have had a full structural rebuild to the rear and multiple knock throughs opening up the full width of the house. At every stage he kept us informed of next steps. What has impressed us most is his attention to detail to make sure everything is inch perfect and exactly how we wanted it. We also really like the fact that rather than having a squad of lads running various jobs at any one time, Andy focuses solely on the job in hand and is onsite himself everyday doing the bulk of the work and overseeing everything to his high standards.Rated Construction have completed our extension, installation of 6m sliding doors, full internal refurb, all joinery work and landscaping of the garden using porcelain tiles. Every aspect of the work had been to an impeccable standard. We are coming towards the end of the job now and we are so happy and impressed with the final result.We honestly can’t recommend Rated Construction enough and if you are about to start a project of your own they should be your first port of call. They’ve genuinely turned our dream into actual reality!
