Placed an order at the drive through...received our drinks told to wait in carpark for food even though the place was totally empty..sat there for over 10 mins went inside for food which was sittin on the side..too busy with deliveries so had forgotten us..food was cold except the fries..in rush so drove off..never again

Just on the Bilston Road A41 heading in / out of Wolverhampton. Large car park at the rear of the 'restaurant " place was deserted around 16:30 hrs today. Hand sanitising station just as you enter. Can pre order and collect using the app. The app has deals which are much cheaper than buying in store so always best to check that first. Usual layout of these fast food places. They only take contactless payment which is a pain as I prefer paying in cash. Had the cheese crispy chicken ( ordered on the app @ £3 for the burger )Tasted quite salty and there was no onions or any of this nacho cheese sauce. Disappointing and the reason I won't be going back there. No excuse for poor food service especially as all the staff were stood around chatting so no excuse to leave things off the order

Just ordered for the first time from here and will be the last. Quick delivery, food okay. However Ice-cream was missing. Called the store and spoke to a gentleman who straight away blamed the driver (for taking a 100ml Ben & Jerry) ice cream. As he was adamant he had packed it even the My food was in one back and drink handed over separately. The driver rechecked his bag before leaving. Yet the man I spoke on the phone was adamant he had packed??? The fact that he straight away blamed the driver saying he took it". I found hard to believe. Why would someone risk loosing work over a £2.49 tub of ice cream. When I asked for a refund he stated I would have to claim through the app. How about saving the issue by sending the ice cream out and apologising for any inconvenience. So for me

I visited Culwick At in w-ton 04/09/23. When I got to the windowMy order was wrong as I was over charged for a reg fries, that I didn't order, then I was short changed by £1 which I have only just realised.When my order came it was squashed into a small bag, I tried to check I had everything, however, this was very difficult with two large and two small fries being on top. I was assured by the assistant that it was all there. After driving 3 miles home I found that my order was a whopper short. I immediately called burger king. Daniel who is the manager answered and said I could come back for the missing item. My response to this was I have come home to eat with my family and because of your mistake I am now expected to travel six miles round trip to go and pick up a burger. Daniel's response was, that is all he was willing to offer me as his colleague said she did put the burger in the bag.I then said, I quired the size of the bag for such a big order, but was assured everything was in the bag.I then asked if he was saying that I was lying, he then said he wasn't saying that but his colleague said that the other was complete, and he was given me the benefit of the doubt. (In other words, he believed I was lying!). I admit that by now I was slightly frustrated by the inconvenience and the unapologetic attitude of this the manager.He then said that he was not here to be shouted at, as I said I was slightly frustrated, ( hardly shouting), and I have a recording of the conversation to prove it.Daniel then said that he was going to hang up the phone.When I went back to the store, I told him how unfortunate and unacceptable this whole experience was. He then said, that I was rude to him at the drive through, when all I was doing, was being my apologetic self as there was someone behind me waiting, while I was quiring my order, which was wrong, by the way.He also said I was rude on the phone. I looked straight in his eyes and I knew that he was never going to admit fault, even though one of his colleagues stated, that it was hot and they are only human so will make mistakes. Daniel quickly silence her.I was again offered the burger that was missing, which at first I accepted, but quickly declined as I couldn't trust them with my food and I had completely lost my appetite.I asked for a refund instead, I waited for it to be issued and left.NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY CUSTOM!!!!

THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. Came here about 2 days ago I ordered some cheesy bacon loaded fries and another portion of fries, staff were polite but as soon as I opened the bag it smelt off but I still decided to give it a try so that I would not waste my money, it tasted awful, it was lukewarm and it had a strange taste. I ended up throwing it away, immediately the next day I felt ill and I had severe vomiting sickness and diarrhoea for the next 24hrs. I got food poisoning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Some items weren't available which we wanted to order. Food was average, not the usual quality we know from BK.Shop was clean and caution cones in place for wet weather. No serviettes available from dispenser.Toilets were clean but in need of some deep cleaning (mould) and repairs.

I came in first time this evening (15/10/23) The customer service was spot on. The staff were attentive, polite and nothing was too much. Will definitely be in again.
