Had a wonderful experience here last Saturday.Lisa had put up wonderfully with a million and one emails from me in the run-up (thank you!).I had a short line of text on my forearm. Lukasz was super patient and repositioned it until it was absolutely how I wanted it, and then got the perfect shade of grey, and got to work! A very gentle experience and over in a blink.A really clean, calm, and relaxed environment.I will definitely come back!

My 10 year old daughter had a wonderful experience having her ears pierced with Lisa! Her nerves melted away due to Lisa’s kind, calm and reassuring manner. The goody bag at the end was such a thoughtful touch! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hysteria Tattoos and Piercings! Thank you Lisa!

Lisa did my helix piercing and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. She has a lovely, relaxing manner and clearly someone who cares about doing the best she can for each client. The piercing is healing brilliantly compared to my other cartilage piercings I’ve had done in the past elsewhere which is a testament to her abilities! 100% would recommend.

Had the best piercing experience with Lisa at Hysteria. A real expert and made me feel so comfortable. Returned a few months later to get help changing the piercing and topped up on some great priced jewellery at the same time. Wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings and now wondering what I can get done next!

Get my first ever tattoo after decades of procrastination at Hysteria yesterday. They were fantastic from first contact with Lisa. Iona did a wonderful job and put me very much at ease. Explained everything I needed to know about what was happening and aftercare. Everyone there super friendly and professional. Had been going to this tattoo studio for years, and had pretty good experiences, until my most recent visit at the beginning of the year (I haven’t been back since)I got a bad tattoo done here, I left feeling gutted and so disappointed, and honestly scared to get others done.I Immediately contacted them once I got home, after discussing with other tattoo artists, I’d this tattoo was done correct or if it was ‘botched’The lines were inconsistent, blurred together, no contrast, it honestly looked like squiggles… and I paid a fair amount for this to be done too…Once I contacted them, I felt like the owner tried to blame me for the bad tattoo? That it was my fault I didn’t check/ speak up?When the stencil looked fine/ placement, it was the artist at fault for the terrible work.And especially telling someone with serious anxiety to just “speak up” it can be really difficult, I didn’t really notice anything wrong while it was getting done as from my perspective it was upside down so I wouldn’t have been able to tell anyway.Anyway I managed to get half of my money back, but it doesn’t make up for the humiliation and expense to get it covered/ removed. Finally after working with other artists from other studios I’ve managed to cover up this problem.I decided not to ever go back to this place, which was unfortunate cuz they were great.. but it honestly feels like a hit or miss situation.Also the same day my partner got some Japanese lettering on his tattoo, which the same artist also messed up, it was supposed to be 紺, which somehow she managed to turn into what looks like “21” or fur…Anyway he decided not to complain cuz he doesn’t like confrontation, but please be careful.I can’t say there all bad as I did have good experiences here, but the bad out weighed the good unfortunately.

An appointment is recommended however i managed to get a walk in for my first Tattoo. Carly was the artist and took me through the process. The tatt looks cracking with clear lines and as given a great price. Thanks to the Team

Great studio! Very hygienic, covid safe, everyone obeys cleanliness rules. Had a great experience and got a lovely design from Radan. He made sure I was OK during the tattoo and that I wasn't in in much pain. Would recommend!
