3 Velo

Today me and my partner decided to set off on a bike ride. Sun was shining and we were excited to spend time together with us both working different hours and rarely having the same time off. Before we did we decided to pump up our tires however sadly my partners valve snapped and we were left with a flat tire. We walked round to the shop as I remembered vaguely walking past before and the man in the shop well….. he was brilliant!!!!! He was polite friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that we needed another inner tube and gave us the option of fitted it for us or letting us take it and fit it. We decided as we weren’t the experts we’d leave him to fit it. I was shocked that he was able to do it there and then for us. He charged very little for such a quick exceptional service. What a really lovely man (sorry I didn’t get your name) we then set off and were able to enjoy a lovely afternoons cycling together. We will definitely be back when we need anything doing with our bikes. I’d like to finish with another huge thank you!!! :) !!!!

Quick turnaround on a repair. The business owner, Max, also identified and rectified another issue, and saved me from having to buy a new wheel. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Super helpful & friendly.I took my bike out for a ride along St.Annes Prom & within 5mins my Saddle became loose and needed tighting up. I phoned a mate who lived in St.Annes & he recommended 3 Velo.I asked if they could tighten the saddle for me and without hesitation they came out and did it for me. They were friendly and super efficient and I would highly recommend them.Thanks again for your assistance.

Superb little bike shop. Max was very helpful. If he doesn't have it in stock he can get it for you. Really great customer service. Will be using this shop for my accessories and repairs etc in the future.

Dishonest and unreliable The ‘blasé’ attitude almost ruined our holiday. The rather ‘must have omitted that I CLEARLY STATED “WE ARE CAMPING FRIDAY THEREFORE I WOULD NEED THE BIKE BY THURSDAY” detail ’ attitude does not warrant the incredibly expensive charges neither. The bike was booked the previous Thursday (one week in advance to be precise) with the action to drop it at the shop on Monday and ready by Tuesday the latest. Not sure where you got the “will be ready by the weekend” mate!!! Learn to be honest. And how my car or bike value is if any relevance here only goes to show your ‘respectful’ and ‘responsible’ lacking nature. But my review was not to attest for your personality, nor for your ‘worthy possessions’ but merely for the shocking service you have provided me with and it is the truth. As for my ‘rude messages’ that you claim you have received, for anyone who wants to see the messages I would be more than happy to provide copies. My advise, perhaps sometimes ‘admitting responsibility’ doesn’t hurt, especially with being a new business.

My husband’s pedal fell of his bike while we were out and we stop here to see if we could get any help. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good old fashion service and the shop has everything you could need.

Thank you so much Max! Just saved my son's birthday. Despite being a bike shop, I tried my luck having my son's new scooter fixed (shortening the handles) and despite being clearly busy, Max squeezed in the job. My fussy son said the handles are now perfect" - high praise from him is usually yeah it's OK so we know it's a good job. We are now enjoying the sun and my son is having a great afternoon. Quick job
