A fantastic real ale, old-fashioned boozer set on the A6, north if Stickport town centre.Lee and his wife run a tight ship offering fourteen teal alee, a good selection of lagers and ciders.There is off-road parking, outdoors seating ares.Bar snacks are available and on Thursday and Friday evenings, you can get freshly cooked pizzas.Function room available.

my favourite pub in stockport. always great beer constantly changing and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I usually make a new friend at darts or the pool table or just on the next table. a really sociable and welcoming pub.

It’s a pub that sources many of its beers from micro-breweries (and is itself a micropub) — so don’t expect many (if any) of your staple drinks on draught… but if you go there with an open mind, then you won’t be disappointed

Great pub featuring a big variety of small breweries' real and craft beers. Several bars providing different atmospheres and social environments. Exterior decking area and weekend pizza kitchen. Upstairs lounge and TV area opened at manager's discretion.

Excellent pub with an amazing atmosphere and real ales. Staff and punters are really friendly and it has a brilliant decking beer garden for sunny days.

Two pints of dusk stout for under 10 quid.If it had been 10 quid l wouldn't complain, it was wonderful. Friendly staff and found out they now do pizza Thursday Friday and Saturday.... awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!

Worth visiting while they have fresh pizza being cooked out back. Put a good spin on the evening. Star of the show is the beer and variety of it, different from one day to the next. Something for everyone.

Definitely a destination pub in Stockport for cask ale drinkers. A great selection always on offer a d usually a couple of dark beers. Today's choice was from Purple Moose or Thornbridge. Half a Thornbridge mild was excellent (but at 6% hardly a normal mild!)
