I had a fantastic experience at Hello Student last year/term, and I want to extend a huge thank you to Shemar from the night team. During some challenging moments, he was always there to lend a listening ear and offer valuable assistance. Shemar's dedication and support truly made a positive difference in my stay.

I really don't understand why such a big company will be regularly appearing with this kind of selling the same room to so many people. Four days after I received the confirmation of my booking, I suddenly received an email informing me that the room I booked due to system problems, had been booked by someone else before me. They gave me the solution of offering me another dormitory far more away from the school, walking half an hour away, at a price of one hundred pounds more per week. Due to the same system issue, a friend of mine was even informed last year that his room was already taken when he went to check in at the reception. So he had to pay more money to book another room, so I'd want to caution everyone to avoid the accommodations run by the company hello student; this type of interim notification of room cancellation has happened far too frequently!
