Friendly staff, fast service and all at a very reasonable price. I found this place after the RAC took my car there earlier this year. Since then, I've used them for my MOT and service and will not use another garage again.

Took my car there as I’d broken down and they were the only garage that would look at it at such short notice. They replaced the clutch but caused another problem with my car that they’ve refused to fix now they have my money. Terrible customer service don’t go.

Really doesn’t recommend this garage since my engine light is on and call this garage which could get a fast schedule. However, it just helps to clear the code without any fixing at the same day. After collected the car, the problem is happened again after a 15 minutes drive. When I found other garage, it was quick to diagnose the problem and help to fix.

I have a 2004 Honda Civic (an OAP in the car world). After several months and garages (including car dealership Honda) to have my motor heater blower sorted, I had to go online to buy one, hoping it was the correct one for my car.By chance, I only popped into Village Auto Care to ask if it could be the right one.Thank God it was!It was fitted there and then, and the pollen filters were replaced.Both the receptionist and mechanic were extremely helpful.Thank you

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!My clutch broke some time ago, and this was the only garage where RAC could tow me in Sunday evening. Next morning, the lady told me that a clutch replacement costs £650. I immediately called a number of other services to verify the price, no one would charge more than 500. After I told them that I will be taking my business elsewhere (what they didn't expect, since my car was broken down), all of the sudden they lowered the price to 530. So I reluctantly agreed. But the story does not end there. Ever since they replaced the clutch, my brakes became extremely unreliable, with my brake pedal occasionally falling to the floor without braking. So I took the car back to the service, as there should be a RAC warranty. I did not intend to leave my car alone with these people, as I already knew that they are not an honest business, but after one hour they finally convinced me that they need to do further checks and I should go away. So I went away, but made sure to tell them to not do anything with the car without my consent. They did not come back to me the whole day, and when I called them to update me shortly before the end of their working day, they told me that they changed my brake fluid, it has nothing to do with the clutch, and charged me £120. They did this without my consent and without informing me, even though I explicitly told them that I need to know everything beforehand. The rude lady with no manners even went as far as telling me with a proud face that she tried to reach me, I was not answering the phone, so it is my fault. First, it is not true, they simply didn't call, second, even if it was true, it doesn't justify what they did. I am now filing a complaint with RAC because I have a reasonable suspicion that this garage is a scam, won’t be surprised if they are not even RAC approved at the end, as it was said to me.

Exhaust fell off over the weekend and need to travel south for work. RAC sent my details here. So I could get it fixed ASAP Monday. However the garage had no urgency or empathy. Hadn't looked at my details and were not willing to help. To the point of just rudeness.From my experiences I don't know how they got to be RAC approved. All round disappointing experience.

Couldn’t recommend this garage enough, my car failed it’s mot in another garage I phoned village motors and they told me to come straight in, fixed the problem and had it back within a few hours. Would recommend to my family and friends. Amazing customer service
