Skye was very helpful in ensuring the proofs were exactly what we were envisioning and even providing alternative suggestions on ways to improve the design. Ive been a customer of Magic Touch for years but just recently started ordering DTF transfers through the promotional side of the company. Quality of the transfers is great, vibrant colours and excellent application. Service has been impeccable. Very highly recommended.

Outstanding service from the guys at Magic Touch. They have always offered a wide range of garments and the price point has always been on point. Had a mixture of embroidered products and direct to print at the quality has been excellent. Keep up the good work.

The lovely team at Magic Touch pulled out all the stops with an important, last minute embroidery order for us. The quality was fantastic but even more amazing was the high level of customer service we experienced. James kept us updated every step of the way and was on the case until we received the order and he knew we were happy. A rarity these days to find such a great company who genuinely cares about their customers. Will definitely be using again.

magictouch do all our promotional merchandise and we’re always delighted with it. However, if there is a problem John and team are very amenable and understanding and get things sorted. Recently I got some printed hoodies through Magictouch and they exceeded expectations! They were the cheapest option too but have washed up brilliantly, time after time.

The whole experience with magic touch has been seamless. They were very helpful when I randomly popped.in.to.checl.out the products and since then the communication and quality of the prints and embroidery has been far superior to my expectations. Thanks.guys

When I first spoken to this female colleague regarding about setting up uniform supply for my school, they have given me of how great they are and what amazing things that not many companies can do also plus setting up clothing page for my website to cut out all the admin pain so my students can order directly to their web page, well to my surprise this has compete opposite effect on me.I was given prices by the female manager over the phone to which we agree on if I was to pursue my business with them, only to find out this other female colleague has no clue what is going on and kept charging me full price and wasn’t even aware what has been agreed on, to which I have to keep chasing them up back and fourth which I don’t have the time for. (have they heard of technology to where they can put information on there to inform their staff?)Then surprisingly, they decided to changes the prices again which we didn't agree on in the first place by someone else.I ordered more uniforms to which they said they will send me invoice in the next few hours but I didn't receive anything till I had to chase them up in the next few days for the invoice again which they seem to forgot which I found really strange cos I wanted to get my ordered proceeded asap.Being a customer, I also wanted to order more uniforms for my clients over the phone only to find out the next day that this female colleague has left me an email telling me to email the rest of the staff in the process of my orders which I found very odd and ridiculous. (Again I don’t have the time for.)My order was delayed because one of the colleague went on holiday and no one knew what was going on with my order til I had to chase them up to get this sorted which they should have sorted this out themselves.I wasn’t happy how they conduct their business with me to which in the end I had this patronising and condescending and interruptive 15min phone call from this female superior trying to put me being a customer paying their bills in my place dealing with this constant school boy errors. Deeply unprofessional and presented a really bad customer services.They also resent me price list again costing £121.62 for just one vest?! (Do they not check?)They have also manage to screw up my order which they didn’t read my email correctly what I wanted to order but they decided to blame me for my error and would not be replacing the uniforms that I requested in the first place.This has to be the most distasteful, disorganised and dysfunctional company to which I am constantly chasing them up to keep rectifying which I just simply do not have the time for.In the end, I just had enough of this company as they are a constant ball ache and found another company which is more professional and suitable for my growing business.I would recommend anyone to SERIOUSLY rethink about taking it up with them if you want a smooth professional ride.NEVER AGAIN TO CONDUCT WITH THEM.I didn't downtrodden you, you downtrodden yourselves!Small business support other small business if they listened to the customers...That is the key to good results.

I had a last minute need for some branded uniform and my usual supplier couldn't fit me in. They recommended Magic Touch to me and I cannot fault their service. Comms are excellent and the turnaround was just perfect for my need. Oh and they also love dogs (my kind of people!). Thanks everyone, especially James for dealing with my order and Holly for the chat today when I came to collect. You are all awesome!

Having used previous companies before and let down on service,quality of products to name a few let me just say that dealing with Magic Touch and their staff has been a smooth process from start to finish. Not only were the team prompt on emails and quotes but they were very helpful in making our decision more easy with their product knowledge. Highly recommend this company and shall be a long term customer for sure. Holly was very plesant to deal with, she is very personable and has a warm and friendly nature which every little helps as they say. Keep up the great work your new found loyal customer!!!
