Arrived promptly, polite guys, liaised with office staff re. dismantling and all went smoothly. Would definitely use again.

Still waiting for front and rear scaffolding to be removed from November 2022. Told by owner they would turn up multiple times and rearranged working week to be home to allow them rear access but they did not show. Have used every excuse available and told we are a priority then office says they are putting up scaffolding elsewhere. Don’t use this company unless you want to be storing the scaffolding for free for them for months after your job is finished.

This is an edited review. I had a bad experience with one of their drivers, he was aggressive and threatening. My opinion of him hasn't changed but upon emailing the company about my experience, i have to say that i have been impressed by their response. There is still no place for people like this on the road and i would not want him worrying on my property. It is unfortunate for the company that he is driving one of their lorries with their logo on the side, but i can't fault the way they have dealt with the incident as a company since.

This was a really stressful time for me and my family and Alex showed empathy as well as professionalism and expertise in promptly erecting a structural scaffold safely.I've finally had a decent nights sleep since ASM Scaffolding braced my house! My entire experience with ASM has been absolutely spot on. Recommended!

Dunball roundabout 18.00hrs .8/9/23.ASM Scaffolding pickup driven by a lunatic.Driver obviously showing off to the other numb skulls in the vehicle.ASM driver in right hand lane cut across in front of an articulated lorry.Feel for the lorry driver having to take evasive action that was totally unavoidable.Lorry driver should have hit the ASM pickup.Scaffolders have a reputation of being devoid of any brains, after all how hard can it be.They like to think they are big and tough well 44 tons of lorry on top of the pickup, not so tough then.I have spoken to the lorry driver and he has asked me to submit my dash cam footage to the police he was very shaken up.Unfortunately we have to share the roads with these morons.

I’ve been using ASM for several years. They have provided scaffolding solutions for different types of work on rental properties across Bristol - some of which have very limited access. The team has always found a way to make it work, they been very professional and courteous to the tenants, and Health and Safety has been a priority. The scaffold has been erected and taken down as per agreed dates, and the properties have been left clean and tidy. I’d highly recommend ASM for any domestic or commercial scaffolding needs.

I would recommend ASM scaffolding as I have found them brilliant from start to finish on our job.They installed some scaffolding for me on a busy high street with buses and pedestrian to deal with.The staff were on time, careful, and really pleasant with the neighbours and public. This made a potential awkward job go so much smoother.I'm really pleased. I would use them again

So glad I chose ASM Scaffolding to install Scaffolding on my 3 storey townhouse. They arrived on time and installed the Scaffolding quickly and efficiently nothing was too much trouble. The team were polite and courteous. The cost was the best out of numerous other companies. Would strongly recommend them.

We require scaffolding regularly for our business and have had experience with a fair few scaffolding companies! ASM are easily our preferred company; they are communicative and are always willing to do their best to accommodate any changes. We have found we can rely on ASM to make sure that the scaffolding is what we require, is safe for our workers and we can trust them to do a good job.
