Pool House Equine Hospital

I have read a similar experience from other customers and this seems to have become more common in the last 6 months.Being chased for a measly £20 and being sent to debt collection with charges added on because of this tiny amount of money.Being a loyal customer for over 10 years means absolutely nothing to pool house.Such a shame they’ve bought in these new strict policies that mean £££££ charges are applied if you’re late with your bill.Absolutely impersonal and have lost their touch with humanity. Especially with the cost of living crisis being as it is.We all know the bills need to be paid - we get that pool house: but have some humanity.Debt collection over twenty quid.Absolute joke

22 years ago used to be a good vets when they used to be based at Dam Street. Document everything treatment of your equine and contact from the vets professional and personal as certain so called professional individuals proven to lie about clients who they throw under the bus and lie about to cover up their own wrongdoings even loyal good paying ones who have been there years and also breech their data (Myself included who currently have an ongoing case and separate complaint with the RCVS against them)

Can't speak highly enough of this equine clinic. Every member of staff encountered from staff when telephoning, vets attending or staff at clinic when I have visited to collect medication, are always professional, friendly and caring. Stephanie Neild in particular has been fantastic with my elderly horse and myself.

Pool house equine clinic is the best! Without all the amazing vets and staff my 22 year old horse would not be here now. I can’t thank them enough for keeping him sound and happy over the years. Harry says a big thank you too x

The vet caring for my horse has been informative and caring and has helped my horse with pain and discomfort hopefully helping us to continue to enjoy our riding for a while yet

Every Horse in their care is treated with Compassion and understanding, owners are treated the same way. We have had personal experience and the whole Team goes above and beyond and always in the best interest of the Equine they are treating. I cannot praise them enough. The facilities are exceptional with all the most up to date equipment available. I highly recommend.

We have been with Poolhouse equine clinic for over ten yearsFirst class treatment for both my ponies over this timeDue to relocation have had to leave them but thank all the staff for their professionalism and kindness

Not helpfull at all, we have paid thousands of £ but ran into difficulties due to unforseen circumstances and asked Pool House for and extention of payment until the problem was resolved. They refused to help and send the recovery collectin onto us for a mearly @120 this is given the circumstances very bad treatement of a customer so I will and can not recomend Pool House to anyone.
