This company are not to be trusted. They have effectively stolen money from us by not refunding the holiday which was cancelled due to Covid-19. Do not give them your business.

Appalling customer service.I had to cancel my cruise due to covid. It took 3 months to get my cruise credit. I had to both email & phone Jessica multiple times before she would reply.When I complained to customer services I received my cruise credit within 2 days! Additionally there was an error on my boarding pass which I had to pay to amend. It cost €160 which took them 2 weeks to refund. Again after multiple emails & phone calls.

Booking the cruise was fairly straightforward although the sales agent was a bit slow coming back to us when we had queries. Unfortunately, our cruise was cancelled almost 6 weeks ago by the cruise provider, so far Worldwide have been very slow to process our refund.

Eddie has been a constant star over the last 18months since making our 1st booking with Worldwide Cruises. Nothing has been too much trouble from recommendations regarding cruise line, arranging hotel bookings to reorganising, quite a few times, cruises due to covid and recently pursuing a request from us regarding a future cruise. Thank you so much for such excellent customer service! Will recommend to anyone.

We recently booked a late cruise with Worldwide Cruises to Australia and New Zeland. The consultant we dealt with was very kind and knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all our queries. He dealt with all our queries very quickly and within 5 mins we had booking of our holiday. All the paperwork arrived two weeks before the trip. We had an outstanding trip with everything running smoothly. All transfers were punctual and hassle free and the accommodation was a of a high standard and well located. We enjoyed the holiday so much that on our return we booked another cruise to Galapagos

Absolutely terrible! Booked an Alaskan cruise that they cancelled due to Covid. They refused to give us a full refund. After several phone calls we received a partial refund, will never book with these awful people again. Disgusting!!! Total rip off.

DO NOT BOOK! Happy to get in touch to get your money, but when you tell them you want a good location and a clean hotel and you get somewhere fit for prisoners. They have no decency trying to pass the buck then not replying at all. We will be taking it further!
