I went into store today, had an gait analysis to find the perfect trainer for me. I was served by Tasha who was very knowledgeable and friendly she helped me find the perfect running shoe that suited me the best and gave me many options to choose from. I’m really happy with the service I received and I would recommend to anyone who looking for good quality trainers :)

Went in for the first time today and James Ellis provided great service and expertise to help me sort out my next set of road shoes. Great range of brands and the treadmill helps nail down the right support. Shoes have already been out and feel great, thank you James. I would highly recommend visiting.

I visited Run Company in Chichester on Saturday 22nd Oct 22 with a faulty head touch that I purchased earlier in the year. No receipt. No expectations. Thankfully, Jason helped find the transaction and his manager kindly agreed I should have a straight swap and they would deal with the credit from the supplier. No hassle for me. Such excellent customer service.I was so impressed I went on to buy several other high value items in the knowledge they will be there if I need their help.Thank you Jason and the one duty lady manager. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour of trainer so I emailed to change my order. The customer service team called me and were really helpful. While the colour I wanted wasn't in stock in my size, they asked if I wanted to change it to an alternative colour, and when I said I didn't, they were happy to process my refund straight away. Super efficient team without being pushy and very friendly on the phone.

Great experience and lots of quality stock. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable with some great advice and support when choosing the right shoe. Gait analysis was free with my purchase and well worth doing. Left with a smile and will be back!
