M&S Opticians

The best eye test I’ve been to :) I used to go else where but I will be coming back to M&S opticians from now on. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, overall a very pleasant experience. Rory was particularly helpful with helping me pick my glasses and lenses :)

We had an amazing experience at M&S opticians and Brighde and Shital were fabulous. They helped me and my partner pick out a suitable frame and were efficient. We’d been to several places beforehand looking for the right frame but it was here where we were listened to and we were helped to find the right frames for us. We will definitely be back.

Went in for a routine eye test.The staff were very friendly and explained every step of the test.The test itself was the most thorough test I've had at any opticians.Fantastic service and have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.Special thanks to Brighde, Rory and Mohammed for looking after me!

I had an appointment for an eye test on Thursday and it was one of the best I have had. The staff were lovely, attentive and compassionate. The optician was great and so was Shital who served me. Thank you for such a relaxing and great experience!

Absolutely the BEST place where you can do the eye test and buy glasses and lenses. I have been going for about 3 years now.What makes it the best place are the people that work there, they are incredibly professional.Mohammed is the most competent optometrist and I will thank him forever for discovering that I had an eye illness and referring me for further medical checks. Nor only he did all that but he is the only person that managed to make me glasses prescription that makes me able to see in the best way possible. NHS made me an horrible prescription, another place (before I went to M&S) made another bad prescription, thankfully Mohammed fixed it for me.Antonio is lovely, kind and patient in explaining everything at his best. He make sure to answer all your questions and he is very friendly and professional.Shital, the manager is again a lovely person always ready to help and available for any kind of problems. She cares and make sure everyone is happy when they leave. I never found a place in which I felt more comfortable and safe. I really recommend this place to anyone in need of these services.P.s. I noticed they also have hearing devices now so I am sure they will be doing that service amazingly too.

I was really impressed with the service here during an eye test last week. The tests and advice were thorough and all three members of staff friendly and polite. Certainly a better experience than i've had at other opticians elsewhere in the country.

Three stars are for Antonio and Eman. They were very polite and helpful. The other Caucasian lady who I think is the store manager was very pushy when I was trying to choose a frame. She didn’t care a bit what my concerns were. Wouldn’t even let me look at the designer ones as I said I’m on a budget, I can still look because maybe later I would want something more expensive. She was not professional, her attitude was fake and impatient. I asked her to contact me when my glasses are ready as I need them for work. She never bothered. I only found out that they arrived way earlier than the time she predicted when I called, and they sat there for a day or two. Very disappointing experience with her entirely! I don’t think I’ll ever be back or recommend this store to any of my family or friends. If you want to go there, then avoid her and find Antonio.

I had great experience purchasing a pair of glasses with Olli’s and Shital’s help here. Everyone was so friendly and patient, as I was worrying I won’t find something I like with my heavy prescription. Very happy with the Nikon lenses I went for under their recommendations, would definitely go back for a second pair and will recommend all my friends to do so too!
