Wirral BaiYang Nails+Pedicures

Went to this nail place and the woman took over an hour to do my gel extensions. Despite having this amount of time, she completely rushed them, and they were all bumpy and uneven. She didn’t even shape them and tried to convince me that they were fine as square (even though I asked for round??). I paid anyway and even tipped her because she seemed really nice at the start and said that I could come back later so she could fix them as I had to get back to work and she accepted she had rushed them. I came back after work and she shaped the nails on both hands for about 10 seconds in total and told me she was finished. I asked her to shape them more as they were still square and she refused. She saw I was shocked and so shaped them more, apologising saying that she was just tired. The shaping obviously took off the white of the French manicure. When I asked if she could touch it up because it was all chipped, she started screaming at me because I was ‘asking too much’ - despite me not asking for a refund, literally just asking her to correcr the mistakes she did earlier. She stood up and leaned towards me and I honestly thought she was going to hit me. I was not cheeky or rude in anyway, I was very respectful of her and still she started screaming. She threw the money I had given her earlier at me and then picked it up again and said ‘you’ll get this back once I remove the nails’. I started crying and she continued to shout at me before grabbing a hold of my wrists. I asked her to let go and I left - I didn’t even ask for a refund I was so upset. It was horrendous.

Absolutely amazing. The best pedicure I’ve ever had. So thorough and genuinely lovely service. Lian is so welcoming. The best nails I’ve had.

I was booked in for 12 and I waited an hour and for my appointment. Unfortunately Lians ability to manage time is very poor, her nails are great and I wish you couldbook in arrive and get your nails done, no discount was offered as I had sat there waiting an hour

I found Lian a few months after she opened and will NEVER go anywhere else! I've had my nails done for over 25 years and this is the best service I've ever had. She is a professional nail technician who gives me a PERFECT shellac manicure EVERY time - and it NEVER peels or breaks. I go to her religiously every two weeks. Her prices are OUTSTANDING and I'm always able to book in a time that works with my schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Lian - she is lovely and makes me so happy!!
