A fantastic dealership and absolute pleasure to deal with. The salesman that I dealt with Jon-Paul was excellent and extremely friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend speaking to Jon-Paul or heading to this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used Cupra or Seat. I will certainly be using them again for all of the cars servicing requirements.

Visited the Parts Dept to enquire about a Seat spare part. The service was quick and attentive, and the part very reasonably priced. Although the part was not in stock, they offered to order it in within a couple of working days. I was satisfied with that.

Due to living in Whitby I had several Cupra dealerships to choose from with regards to the formentor first service. Religiously I avoid large dealerships as I have had several poor experiences. Bristol street Cupra at Darlington have given me hope with their relaxed courteous service and great after care. It might even be that my next new vehicle may include a visit to Bristol street?
