No wonder it was quite food was dry tasted like cardboard No flavour utter garbage used to be ok. Not anymore. Better not get ill.

We always order from Susan's, portions are crazy generous, price is pretty good and food has always turned up nice and hot. Delivery people have always been nice.

Had used Susan’s for years and after disappointment stopped using them, again returned to retry there menu, placed an order chilli squid arrived, wet batter tasted like a coating of pancake mix, called and informed squid is cooked fresh to order but in my opinion as a chef!!! Had been pre prepared and reheated In a microwave.. lady on the phone assured me was cooked fresh to order but this was due to the pancake roll I ordered taking longer to cook so squid batter was wet due to condensation.. feeble explanation and no offer to rectify will not be using this place again or suggesting it to anyone else… very very disappointed Susan’s!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting food and service.Spent over £40 on a rare takeaway. Food arrived VERY cold and there were 2 hairs in the vegetable fried rice!When I contacted Susan's they took no accountability for this, instead accusing me of lying. Eventually I was offered 2 free vegetable fried rice in my next order but this was the same hairy dish I was complaining about. No refund was offered. Avoid.

Absolutely shocking meal tonight from Susan's. Always rated the food highly in the past but I'm afraid we won't be using them again. Fried duck in plum sauce was completely overpowered by the pineapple it was served with and there was no hint of any plum sauce or plum flavour to the dish at all. Upon opening it I assumed we'd been given the wrong dish so called to ask for the correct dish to be sent, only to be told by the lady who answered that this is how it's meant to be." Even if that's true the dish was disgusting on every level and the only possible name for the dish would be duck with pineapple. On top of this our crispy chilli shredded beef was dry

Smiley and friendly, the staff are top.For the food... we've tried Christchurch, somerford, Bournemouth main, Kinson and Susan's are the best we've found so far, reasonably priced and fantastic food.Reviews are old and really dont do this little gem any justice! Absolutely GREAT food.

Absolutely awful, we have used Susan’s for a long time but we want be going back again. Chow main very poor and chop suey was more like soup and the chicken was processed very very poor
