Narinder Dhoot was assigned to me right from the start; he was the utmost professional and completely diligent at his work. He went above and way beyond to help me. He would even call me back at 8 pm on a Saturday night if I had a worry or if he had an update from the mortgage portal. He really tried to make the whole process as easy as possible for me. The property I was going for was old and had problems; Narinder even stepped in and was on the phone all day to chase the mortgage surveyor to make a decision on a problem last minute. In the end, Narinder got me an outstanding mortgage with a high-street lender. This is one very hard-working professional that does what he says.
