I can honestly say that from the start of the process of selling my house, the team at Welling office namely Ann McDonald, James and Cameron have completely let me all the way to an excellent outcome. The level of service I have received has been exceptional. The team were also very helpful in getting purchase opportunities from the other wards offices in the Kent area many thanks to all the Welling team.

Wards of welling represented our vendors. They lied to us about the nature of the chain. They said it was at an end when in fact the last chain was in probate. In fact, they messed up every single interaction and bit of administration. For example - when it cane to collecting the keys they told us that the property had been empty for days. We turned up and the vendors were still packing. Their staff members Ann and Debbie were incredibly unprofessional, rude and manipulative. Our solicitor and estate agent informed us that these staff members have a bad reputation so I am very surprised to see good reviews for them here. Perhaps they are false, or perhaps you get a completely different service and level of competency if you are the vendor and paying their fee.

Ann McDonald is a true professional; always making herself available, having a good knowledge of the area and very personable. I’m very happy with her as a buyer!
