Absolutely amazing place. The staff members are all professional and very nice to you from the moment you enter the shop. I had someone to help me find the perfect size of my bra. Would highly recommend the service. The prices are bit higher but it reflects the quality of the product.

I had the best experience today, popped in on the off chance of picking up a nursing bra (impossible to buy in most shops) was approached by a lovely girl (I’m fuming with myself as I can’t remember her name, blaming the baby brain) she explained the range bravissimo had to offer and offered me a fitting which I took her up on as I hadn’t been measured in years. Made me feel so comfortable and although didn’t have the colour I wanted in my size, she wrote everything down for me so I could buy online. Thank you for making a new mum feel comfortable in her new body. X

Went to get fitted for some bikinis about 2 weeks ago, took my sweet time but Haley was so kind and patient with me. I haven't properly known my size and she gave me such helpful advice afterwards. The staff were altogether so kind and helpful. Couldn't recommend more if you are in need of some advice and fitting.

These guys were just amazing! I have been going to Bravissimo for some years, but this was by far my best experience with them yet! Last weekend, my partner and I went to Leamington for a day out and I have been in desperate need of some new bras. I have such a small back, but a larger cup size and wanted to treat myself to a strapless bra. The ladies there were so good. My strapless bra, was a slightly different size to normal due to the fact that they didn't make it in my size and just to triple check, the two ladies there made sure I was 100% sure first. Hayley was so lovely and made me feel fab when we went back upstairs to double check the bra. I didn't get the name of the other lady who also was a huge help (sorry!). They weren't about their customers just spending money, but actually wanted to help and make sure their customers were happy and comfortable! Absolutely fab experience and will definitely be back. My partner was also massively impressed and really appreciated the time that you took with me to make sure I was happy. Thank you! xx

A very positive experience in this shop - I can honestly say the staff were very attentive and were so helpful with my post surgery requirements for Bikinis. Patience of a virtue with me as I am so fussy, but nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again I will most certainly be going there again and will recommend to everybody

My wife visited Bravissimo for the first time on Thursday 21 September 2023 . We were staying in the area and read good reviews of Bravissimo. My wife was looking for new bras and was not disappointed by the service and quality of products on offer . She is disabled and finds stairs difficult to climb . The fitting room is upstairs but it was not a problem as they have a customer lift in the rear left handside of the ground floor.My wife was looked after by 2 wonderful and kind staff members ( Meg - who normally works in the Birmingham Store and Laura ) . The fitting room upstairs has a comfortable waiting area with good armchairs whilst people wait . We had to order things to be delivered as they did not have the colour that was needed in stock. The stock arrived in the post on Monday .

What a lovely experience! Having suffered the retail desert of a major retailer of own-brand underwear in different branches throughout the UK, I decided to look elsewhere. What a difference! The ladies were all very friendly and attentive. Bras that actually fit and are comfortable, with matching briefs.The shop is on two floors, with fitting rooms and a comfortable lounge area. There is a good range of different styles and colours. I'll be back!!

Fabulous selection of lingerie, array of colours of products very durable good quality, you can ask for advise from in house personal shopping experience..Prefect lounge area to browse through their booklets or magazines..

I took my Grandma in to get fitted for a bra, she’d never had a fitting before and had never worn a comfortable bra. Kim was AMAZING! She was fantastic with Grandma, made her feel comfortable immediately and very chatty and patient. Kim picked out a few bras and the first one was an absolute winner, the most comfortable bra she’d ever worn, she couldn’t believe it so she bought two! Kim also very kindly showed Grandma how to put it on and adjust it for maximum comfort. A very successful shopping trip and a very very very happy Grandma. The young lady who served us as the till was also delightful.Thank you so much to Kim who made the experience so wonderful!
