After being let down by a national bed company, I ordered a bed and mattress on a Monday and it was delivered Thursday. Very pleased with the bed and the service. I'll recommend Bedmaker to friends!

great service and very helpful. we had an issue with the headboard whilst assembling the bed, contacted the store and they were great! Replacement came the next day and they even took the time out to contact us to make sure all was well. Thank you!

Zeb was very friendly and helpful and sold a range of matresses not normally seen on the market that were good and more reasonably priced.I would go back there again.

A lovely family owned business that I have used for years. I have found their service great, they have competitive prices and are most importantly reliable. The delivery was quick and on time. I have never been disappointed with Bedmaker.

Hands down one of the best or if not THE BEST bed/mattress shop in Gloucester. The customer service was Impeccable and every question I had regarding the type of bed/mattress I wanted to purchase was answered in full detail. I simply cannot fault the service I received. Not to mention the price of the high quality mattress I purchased!!! If you are looking for a reasonable price and a good quality product Bedmaker is the place to go!! Thank you very much to the woman at Bedmaker who served me. Also very polite and very kind.

Can’t fault this company and the staff , especially Zeb ( hopefully spelt your name right ! ) the lady boss !! Just bought our second mattress off these guys - first one was about 5 years ago , maybe more , and still like new ( that was off Zebs dad ) .Thanks for the patience and knowledge and believe it not ‘ having a laugh ‘ ! in buying a mattress.Would 100% recommend and buy off you again in the future .

After reading a few horror story reviews about on-line bed supplier customer support we decided we needed to locate a local supplier. We did not regret our decision to go to Bedmaker. The whole experience was most satisfactory. A good range of beds in stock to try and then choose from.Good prices, friendly service (from Zeb) and prompt delivery. Went out of their way to make us happy. Thoroughly recommended.

I ordered a harmony mattress due to back issues, when I laid on it, it was so supportive, I felt like it surrounded me, very good first night's sleep, looking for many more, will buy again, friendly staff, communication 100%.. super speedy delivery. Would highly recommend.Thank you
