Really appreciated the personal touch and attention from everyone in the shop, even though I stopped by for a relatively small purchase. Great variety of brands and models, especially in the footwear and jacket department.

Alistair was fantastic, took one look at me and knew my sizes. Purchased full kit for my new bike whilst being taught differences between brands and price ranges. Solid experience.

Decided to pop over to Gloucester and have a look at J&S (as there isn’t many bike shops in Hereford with that much selection of kit) and was very pleased I did. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for but the staff we very friendly and happy to help. One chap - didn’t get his name unfortunately- helped me out massively with the right size kit. He didn’t rush me, even though there were other customers coming in and out and his knowledge was brilliant, and I’m very pleased with the kit I come home with. Will definitely be shopping there again and would definitely recommend others to take a look.

Visited here today with my husband looking for a new helmet for his bike, the lads in the shop were lovely and helpful. My husband had a specific list of requirements for the helmet and the young blonde lad we dealt with was fantastic! Showed us a range of helmets, different brands and sizes, allowed my husband to try them on and he’s walked away with the perfect helmet. He went out for a ride this evening using it and loved it. Would defiantly recommend!
