My husband bought a ragdoll kitten for me as an anniversary gift this is our first time owning a pet so we wanted the best for him regards veterinary treatment, and after taking Sully to this practice we were amazed at how caring the reception staff and how professional the vet was he gave us lots of information about kittens and what they need regards veterinary treatment plus we won't forget to worm our indoor cat as we will get a reminder, we also felt our Sully would be in safe hands whenever he has a visit to this amazing veterinary clinic. Please take your pet to this surgery as they are sooooo caring and professional, and make the pet and you feel relaxed.

For the longest time I have held off writing this review because it caused so much emotional strain I couldn’t process it. However there has been a few issues since then that’s made me realise this vets is not as good as it once was. In 2020 just before covid we took our 2 year old cat in with a limp paw. Only to be told that it was a massive tumour and the location of it meant it was inoperable and their advice was to put him to sleep. We were given medication and a week to make our decisions. In that week the mass had significantly reduced. They contacted a super vet and turns out it was a scapula fracture and he would be fine and fully recover with plenty of rest. They nearly made us kill our baby. This situation has opened my eyes to how much vets simply do not know. ALWAYS get a second opinion do not trust their initial diagnosis these people are not as experienced as doctors. Since this ordeal we still stayed with this vet as we still believed that they genuinely cared. However years since, it’s become so apparent how they simply prioritise making and taking money rather than trying to care for your pets. Disgusting.

Can't fault our vet Keith he's fantastic and only reason we stay but management and staff are so poor. Lack of care over insurance claims constantly because the person who deals with insurance isn't in" left hundreds of pounds out of pocket for weeks at a time and when call to ask I'm told "working through a list". Expect money for expensive treatments upfront and then don't bother to make sure claims are entered so that people can get there money back. Hugely disappointed gone massively downhill over last few years"

I only visited the clinic one for a check-up for my cat. It was likely the best experience I've ever had at a vet, from the moment I called to the moment I left. Receptionists, vet, and spaces were all amazing. Again, one-off experience, but I am very satisfied.

My collie has no anxiety about visiting the vet. They are all kind and friendly. They are also very professional and took great care of him when he required surgery.

I actually can not fault this vet. I had the most devastating news about my kitten and they were compassionate and sympathetic to me. Talked me threw everything that was happening. The reception ladies were so kind and caring. Thanks for looking after my boy.

Always a very positive experience with your surgery. Having moved from a very well known local vet in the area years ago, I’ve never felt pressured or duped by the vets. The vets genuinely care and listen to any concerns and definitely are driven by wanting to do their best by my pets, and not be driven by sales (as my previous vet practice were)
