Driver of one their company vehicles weaving all over the road this morning in Brighton. Flashed headlights at them only to be met with swearing and rude gestures.

Landlord booked them to replace a shower for a job to be done within two weeks. No appointment date was sent, no text on the morning they were due to turn up. They just turned up today. Entrance door is pending repair so access to the building, they did not bother to ring the bell, heard rough knocking at the door, asked who was it, they did not answer. They went and came and inserted a call card. Found out they were here for the shower. Now on their phone to complain and caller no 1 for 44 minutes and 29 seconds. No one has answered this call yet. This is not customer service.

Our landlord sent us letters informing us that the Breyer Group have been contracted to carry out window replacements (this was at the start of the financial year) since then there have been various appointments with further subcontractors who are informing residents that the appointments are just for quotes so when Breyer decide it's too expensive they send out another company. No progress, no communication, and my landlord has now stopped them from carrying out any more work. Awful service from Breyers. Would not recommend at all!

Appalling APPALLING...erected scaffolding outside the property. Left no contact details in case there were any issues, which there clearly were. They boxed in and rested a plank on my SkyDish. It was so obvious to anyone, there was going to be a problem with it.The hardest people to contact, phone, emails...no response.This was erected on the 1st December and my kids and I have had no tv signal since then.I am promised they will get it looked at before xmas, but I find it doubtful.Thank you very much for this disgusting service Breyer. My kids have you to thank for no tv since 1st December and probably not until after xmas. Hope you all enjoy your tvs over the holidays.I will certainly be charging for compensation, if you have damaged my dish. Please see picture

Broke onto my balcony whilst I was asleep without any kind of notification (employed by brighton council to work on my lease hold property) dumped all my plants and furniture out into the balcony, cut down my plants and netting. A week later I still can’t use my balcony. I almost called the police when I discovered what had happened.update: it took 2.5 weeks and a lot of chasing up to do a job which should have taken 2 days, if they'd actually spoken to me beforehand. the work was done to a fine standard

Disgusting liars one of there workman attended my property to fix a ceiling hole and used expanding foam when he knows he shouldn't of but tried to cut corners bathroom was covered in it and while i was attending to my baby used my hoover without my permission to hoover up the expanding foam from the floor and sink causing damage to my personal belonging that no longer works due to this after Darren hargrave come to the property and agreed the work was carried out wrong and apologised i was told i would get a voucher for the broken hoover but hes done a disappearing act wont reply to my texts phone calls and they dont reply to my emails either one of there other employees came to fix a open electrical cover the repair was never carried out but they have messed up my aerial now my tv has no channels since easter bank holidays dont let these cowboys in your property as they dont fix anything to any standard and make situations worse i can afford a new hoover or to fix the damage caused and im now without any tv channels

Parked outside my house flicking his cigarette butts onto our grass from his company vehicle. The van says Caring for your home and community" on the side. What a joke.I then noticed that they were leaving out rubbish from the works they were doing over the road which blew all over our front garden and down the side of our house. I emailed the company and was promised by Alexandra Vella twice that it the driver would tidy up and appologise. Neither time any action was taken.Awful standards! (Offending vehicle was registration plate CA19 TVY)"

Appalling customer service, communications and actions. Having some roofing work done, and I returned home one day to find scaffolding erected without any warning as to when this was taking place. Now they have cancelled an appointment on the day, and given an alternative that is in January. So scaffolding will be in place over the holiday period, which is a profound security risk.Do not use this organisation.
