I have been a customer of Denmead rares for just under 50 years.The service has been first rate in the past, price matching other suppliers including online supply and fit. They didn't this time! One of the valve caps wasn't fitted with 2 grey one black. Pressures 4 bar too high in each tyre..Disappointed

I've always liked this place.. its a no fuss business. I came in on a Saturday morning with a puncture having been turned away from a well known chain because they were all booked up until Tuesday". Denmead tyre just put me on the wait list and barely 30 minutes later I left with the puncture repaired. Good to do business there."

Amazing people. Went to get fixed what I thought was an alignment issue however Steve at the counter advised that was not the case. Suggested me a solution and told me I will not charge you something for a problem that does not exist. Really appreciate the honesty. Will definitely return for any future repairs

Been a long serving Customer for 20 years and never had an issue! Computer flagged up tyre pressure issues so went in first thing this morning to get the tyres checked. Asked if they could check the tyre pressures and was greeted with not a chance...I only have three staff! The attitude was so surprising after all the years of custom we have given Denmead Tyres with 4 cars in the household! There was no offer of come back later when we are less busy. My response was wow as I have never experienced such a response. Oh well....I will now take my business elsewhere!

Great service, always were value for money but unfortunately not any more.I have been using them for years and they have traditionally been a good value tyre supplier with great service. I went in today to have two rear tyres fitted. Previous I had Nexen’s fitted and asked for the same, however was told they had none in stock but would fit an alternative mid range product. While the service/ fitting was fine, the alleged ‘mid range’ tyres that were recommended and fitted for a total of £252 (£126/tyre) are a little known brand, readily available online as a budget option for £75/tyre fitted - even halfords have them listed as a budget tyre costing £80 fitted.Very disappointing as I have basically paid £100 extra for being a loyal customer. It seems like they are trying to save money by selling inferior products at the same price as decent ones. Sadly I will have to find another place to get my tyres done.
