Haverhill Dental Practice and Cosmetic Centre

I've attended many a practise over the years in various locations. This has to be the most unprofessional, useless, clueless, dentist surgery in existence. From the dentists lack of experience, to the empty space between the receptionists ears who clearly does not enjoy her job. Please please do yourself a favour and do not attend. If you do I bet they'll mess something up. They always do.

Very unhelpful receptionist, I wasn't even able to finish my opening sentence when she rudely interrupted me and stated that they couldn't help me as all appointments were gone. very unprofessional.

Fantastic! Thoroughly professional from the moment you enter. Friendly receptionist (even though I was a little late) Nothing was too much trouble. Hygienist first, who listened to me waffle about the issues I have with my teeth, and answered with terms I could understand not medical jargon. The dentist I saw was brilliant. I explained I was a little scared, he put me at ease.I can’t recommend these guys enough.

The most lovely receptionist helped me today and I managed to see probably the best dentist and dental assistant/nurse I think I have ever had. Thankyou all so much

The worst experience I have ever had at a dentists, I am truly shocked at how I was treated. So unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. I was treated like a child despite being 27 years old and was humiliated for having teeth that need work done on. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that.

A truly professional and friendly service.The receptionists are ever so helpful and friendly. My dentist gave me some good tips on how to care better for my teeth. Very professional and welcoming. Many thanks for the lovely service The Haverhill Dental practice.

The dentists are pretty good but the receptionists are the rudest, unfriendliest, unprofessional people you will ever have the misfortune of meeting.

I haven't even had my appointment yet but having been in intense pain, unable to sleep or swallow with my wisom tooth, calling endless private dentists with no available emergency slots near enough hanging up a second after knowing they get no business, resorting to NHS 111 with a promise of a call within 6 hours (still waiting 11hours later), I found Mel... and what a credit she is! Never looked forward to going to the dentist but with this pain, tomorrow at 4 can't come soon enough. Very down to earth and extremely helpful, and with being a remote worker, went above and beyond!Following up from the above.. I have now had my appointment and there is nothing other to say than EXCELLENT. What a team.. Mel on reception is such a credit and so easy to get on with, to the point where it felt more like chatting with a mate than being in a dentist, and Samir (the dentist), found his calling in dentistry. Everything explained in easy terms to understand and even during an emergency appointment made sure he'd covered everything. Just a genuinely lovely team that made the usual dentist visit feeling be a pleasure. Thanks to all.
