Fantastic service from Zoe, she has gone above and beyond any estate agent we have ever used , Zoe super kind and super professional , any questions we had an answer within minutes , she always available, always helpful even she replied me in her day off.Was a long story, after I made an offer and accepted ,unfortunately my broker disappeared ,I found out he having some family issues, but Zoe was happy to help, she found me a broker in a day, not only that, she is speeding him to get me the deal too , amazing a broker, he got me the deal in 2 days only .In completion day ,I was working ,I have no day off to get the key, no one believe that, Zoe told me not to worry, she decided to sent Sam to bring the key for me , I could not recommend her enough. 5 star service, she is a credit to Cooke’s & Company Estates ,Thank you again to the staff and a big thank you to fantastic Zoe !!
