Disappointed.Although the staff were friendly and helpful to a point, I felt a bit like I was getting stitched up. Think double glazing salesmen in the 80's or timeshare salesmen in the 90's, and you'll be on the right track.Emails remained unanswered and they were unhelpful when I said that an Openreach engineer told us we could get FTTP (£72/mth) instead of the full Leased Line (£250/mth). Told me the engineer didn't know what he was talking about.Then when they finally changed their mind, and said we could have FTTP, the quote was for £72/mth and for a contract of 3 years, which I got reduced to 2 years.Just didn't feel right and I'd lost confidence in BT Thames Valley, so contacted another provider from the list on Openreach's website.£40/mth, 12 month contract. Emails answered in minutes. Much better service from Cerberus, but there are plenty of other providers out there.BT Thames Valley need to be more competitive and prompt with customer service, not just rely on the BT name.

It is not often I feel inclined to leave a review, but credit where credit is due when you receive great service from an individual. I was fortunate enough to deal with Lauren Oliver for the communication needs across our estate. Lauren listened when we explained our requirements and was able to make useful suggestions accordingly which of course we agreed with and contracts were signed. What more everything was executed efficiently, in a timely manner and without any fuss. Excellent service!

We have just signed up to a new BT Cloud contract across our businesses. The Account Manager, Steve Harden was excellent and could not be faulted in any way. At the outset, he had to overcome some very negative bad feelings we had towards BT from our prior experiences. In this instance the experience has been totally different, including a site visit with clear and concise explanations of how the proposed new system would work and the benefits to us. Steve is easily approachable and contactable, responds to queries promptly and is extremely professional in carrying out his work and providing advice. His calm methodical approach means that I believe we have ended up with the best possible specification for our phones moving forward. It is now up to the implementation team at BT to make sure this new great experience with BT is completed successfully.

I've been a customer for around 8 years now and would never dream of moving anywhere else. Aside from the product (in our case leased lines) working great, the service I get from the team is simply outstanding, no issue is too small, they never fail to get back to you when they say they will and they make you feel like you're the most important customer they have.I can't recommend them highly enough.

Kayleigh is my contact for BT Local Business at Thames Valley Telecom. Whenever I have spoken to her she has been friendly and engaged, and has never failed to help me with my problem or query. It has always been a good experience, and I am more than happy with the service I receive.

Mark Hughes and the Chairmans's Office did a great salvage job after our long-planned fibre installation was de-railed by a BT SNAFU. We desperately needed decent broadband urgently and Mark got us up and running with equipment and support. We'd been left high and dry by our earlier complaints but once Mark and his team were involved things did move forward much more rapidly. Really appreciated his time coming over to supply and install the equipment and I gather he's working the same magic for a neighbouring business now. 5 stars for Mark and the Chairman's team - I've only knocked this review down to 4 stars because we'd planned the installation six months before with BT and they comprehensively (and inexplicably) dropped the ball with the initial installation.

What wonderful customer service I have received, initially from Becky and then Chris Hearn. Friendly and knowledgeable, Chris explained my options and managed to match my current suppliers for price, which was already very competitive. I am looking forward to my solution being installed and a continued working relationship.
