Replaced glass and repaired rotten wood in large bay window, porch and other windows. Very pleased, team were all professional and courteous

asked for a quote for a full replacement of a pub conversion which would have been quite a substantial amount of money from my research. No response. I tried again and got a response and we arranged a date for them to come out - 2nd december 2020. The women who came to view the property were like rabbits in headlights, didnt measure anything and i suspected the job was too big or too complicated for them. I asked them to let me know either way.6 weeks later i asked if there was any progress with the quote. No response for a week - was then told that the managing director was to have an emergency operation and would be off for 8 months.They didnt even have the common decency to admit they didnt want (or couldnt do) the job and have lost me 7 weeks progress with the conversion. Unless you want flat, run of the mill, off the peg windows dont go anywhere near them.
