I owe Dunia Organic a looong owed review. I have been ordering with Dunia for quite some time now and the team has always went out of the way to help with all the queries. Whenever I text the Dunia on Instagram she is always there to help, they always replay to the text messages on their social media etc. I can honestly say that their customer service above and beyond that I have meet in long time. I will be coming back as usual. Packages are safely and secured packed.

Definitely my favourite shop! Great selection of natural cosmetics. Quick delivery, excellent customer service. Few times some of the items has arrived damaged, but they've been quick replaced with new ones.

This is my second but definitely not last purchase from Dunia Organic! I love receiving a package from her, prepared with great care, personalised message and some samples. Shipping is immediate with parcel tracking which is really useful. But the most important is that Dunia offers wide range of natural products and personal advice if you are in doubt! this is over and above the other sellers who offer natural cosmetics.
