Spring Mews - Vauxhall Student Accommodation

The accommodation used to be a lot better. The facilities are great, just the people who runs it totally ruined this good place. I need to print off stuff for many important occasion, but they would refuse you to print off them for nonsense and excuses. This place used to provide 24hr printing service. It’s just sad to see how this place become like this today. By the way, the security who wears a cap is always super unfriendly and not helpful at all, I don’t know why he has not got fired yet.

I lived here for 3 years and it is a really great place to live. The location, staff, community, amenities are all wonderful and the building is really modern and well-maintained.There is a large lobby/social area, study and conference rooms, gym, pool, giant courtyard and there is someone at reception 24h a day. I always felt safe living here and there is always someone there to help you. Anytime I've needed to log any maintenance, someone would come by and take care of it the same day!Thank you so much to Maria, Jennyfer, Anna, Melissa and Ismail for being so caring and making my long stay there such a pleasant experience - you guys make Spring Mews feel like home!Spring mews is literally a stone's throw from the river and a 5-minute walk to Vauxhall underground and overground trains - so convenient to get anywhere.I highly recommend Spring Mews, the whole building feels really new and more like an apartment building rather than student dorms. You can't go wrong living here!

It claims to be a smoke free accommodation but for the past four months someone has been smoking in the shared kitchen, I've complained multiple times and I'm basically told that unless I know who exactly is smoking they won't/can't/don't care about doing anything. I haven't used the kitchen in months because of my asthma so I don't know who's smoking. It's started to get in my room and I'm having asthma attacks and getting sick so I asked to change rooms. Was told to contact my school (who I got the contract through) and they said it would be a charge of £75 to change rooms! £75 to get away from smoke in a smoke free" area! £75 to not have asthma attacks in my own room! Gave them so much money just to get sick and they wanna charge me to get away from a toxic environment that shouldn't even be here!Bull****! Complete bull****!(P.S. My full names Elizabeth

Lived here 2021-2022. There were mice in the building so wouldn’t recommend staying if you’re scared of them. The windows barely open and during the summer months you literally can’t breathe as there’s no air. Getting a fan didn’t really help. Try and chose a room that’s not facing Tinworth street as there are trains passing from the national rail towards waterloo every 5 minutes from 5-6 am until 12am and they will drive you crazy. There’s also a construction site next doors which starts being very noisy every day including Saturdays from 8am. The construction is planned to last until spring 2023. On the brighter side, the accommodation is very nice and on an EXCELLENT location! The best neighbourhood I could ask for. The flat is also incredible, very spacious and bright. The pool is a definite plus! Despite all the things that I absolutely love about this apartment the negatives outweigh the positives. I will be moving out due to the mice situation (which has been resolved but I expect to recur during winter), the construction site next doors and the train passing every 5 minutes situation. However, I do believe that with a bit of planning and getting the right room you can be very happy in this accommodation. I guess I was a bit unlucky.

This organization is quite pathetic really.- Lifts broken for weeks on end. When they are fixed, they are working for literally 3 days before breaking again. SWITCH LIFT PROVIDERS!- Queries and emails take a minimum of 5 working days to get a reply, a good precentage are ignored.- Terrible organization. We were supposed to have keys for bin stores and mail when we first moved in, its been over 2 months now and we still don't have any of these.- Noise complaints are ignored, the poor night shift security guard has to be called in every time there's a disturbance. Why don't you organize for the entrance to be locked at night?

Such a cool place! Really good atmosphere, chill vibe and friendly staff. Anyone who stays here is very lucky to do so!

Very friendly staff, complete facilities, and cozy rooms.Includes gym and laundry machines within the building.Nice lounge with both open-air and enclosed spaces for work or conversation.The student housing is close to public transportation such as buses and the Vauxhall underground station, and also within 30 minutes' walking distance to Waterloo.I have no regrets over my stay at Spring Mews.

Room is quite small, can share a kitchen with up to 9 people and is quite expensive.But it has a swimming pool, and good ammenities. Location is close to public transport so that's a bonus.

This is an amazing place to live. It's got great facilities: gym, pool, laundry, lobby area and a terrace, just to name a few. The staff is very kind and helpful. However, what I love the most about this place is its location. You literally can see Thames river from your window and it is only 15 min away from London Eye, WALKING!

Lived here for 1,5 years and enjoyed every second of it! The staff is lovely and incredibly helpful :) When I had to urgently move out they helped me find someone to take over my contract, which I am very grateful for. Whenever I had an issue, they were happy to help :)Having a gym and a pool was a massive plus, and the study room was perfect for when I did not have the energy or time to go to uni!Would definitely recommend living here!
