Just popped in for a coffee and was greeted by the nicest staff girl, Lilly.She asked how our day had been, offered to explain how the app worked and was all round super friendly and fun.Thanks Lilly, the best of staff members.McDonald’s, give this girl a pay rise!

The machine for ordering was not working properly. Ask staff for serve at table number stand. Disappeared and never came back. After ordering no receipt, I did not get my order number. Had to stand by the counter to try and get the attention of staff to enquire about it. Waited a while. Eventually, I got my order. Not good today.

My Husband rang to cancel our order as it had taken over an hour to be delivered and delivery time was constantly changing and we only live in Hartshill not far from nuneatonWe were planning on going out so couldn't wait any longerThe person he spoke to said OK they would cancel itWe got home 6 hours after cancelling our order to find it in bags on our door step frozen because it was -1So obviously our order wasn't cancelled and we were charged for a frozen mc Donald's

Useless restaurant. Staff show no common sense. Food order always has something missing, is cold or not presented properly.

Called in the drive through on the way to Barmouth and received 15 nuggets instead of 20. Went inside and got this corrected. Went inside on the way home a few days later to be completely ignored at the order till for several minutes, before being served. Not quite what you expect, but at least our order was correct.

Wonble, who is a diabetic, was in need of food and a rest so decided on a Mcdonalds. Very busy and crowded with students. Placed order and luck was on our side two seats became vacant. Food served and Womble felt better. Noticed that quite a few tables were occupied by people not eating or drinking but using their text facilities on their phones. This is not our favorite McDonalds an if Womble had not suffered a sugar drop we ould not have visited it.

Kids friendly place that had fixed screens on some tables to play games, papers and crayons corner and a few options of Happy meal Toys. ASDA and restrooms very close.UK McDonalds don't seem to have vegan burger option in Happy meal, so for halal consumers/pescetarians options are either fish fingers or veggie dippers. Also there was only one side included, they charge extra for the second one.
