Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Glasgow Tradeston

Can't express how amazing this service was. Archie went way and beyond to help my husband, myself, and my dog (archie) midnight when we had broken down. He was attentive efficient and got us on our way. Then the next morning messaged to make sure we all arrived and was enjoying our holiday at last. Thank you so very much we will use you again for sure.

Had a hire car from here offered by third party while my car was in for repairs. The service was nothing short of excellent! When picking up the car, the staff were so friendly and went through everything for me. When dropping off the car, I was offered a lift to the garage, which I took. Michael was brilliant!

I'll never rent from that branch, or Entreprise, again. They lied, promising to my face a refund to fix a rate they had mistakenly applied to my rental. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I was given the run-around by the branch.

We had a great experience with this Enterprise branch. We had a small accident and bit of damage on the rental car, the staff here were all pleasant and very helpful in working through options upon the return of the car. Would recommend! Small tip - the roadside assistance add on ended up being well worth the ~£5/day.

Sometimes renting out a van can be a painful process which takes ages but not at this Enterprise branch. Upon arrival I was informed that the size of van I'd booked was not available but I was immediately offered a free upgrade to a larger model. This van was clean, comfy, well presented and perfect for the job I had to do. Ten minutes later I was underway.Handing back the van the next day took less than five minutes.Both the staff members I met were friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending this Tradeston branch to anyone.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They run insurance scams from this branch using your name to fix their vans. Currently in the process of going to court due to this. Avoid the hassle I've went through and choose another company. All I can do is warn you

Fantastic service from the startVery little warning for one way hire to get myself back home not a problemStaff were friendly and felt welcome from the startBecause I'd traveled from carradle the morning of hire and road closures and land slides left my arrival time unknown they were accommodating of this alsoThere was a small wait of around 5 mins after I arrived so they could fuel the car for me considering I don't know glasow that well and I was setting off on a 600 mile trip the fuel was much appreciatedThe car its self was lovely very clean smooth and comfortable I arrived home feeling refreshed and felt I could do the journey again with easeI would definitely hire from these again if I found the need too

Con artists to be honest, but that’s the reputation car sales/car rental employees have for a reason :) rented a car from here for 24 hours to go to our wedding menu tasting in Edinburgh. On picking up the car the manager made a comment about the tyres being a bit banged up, but said they were fine so we trusted that as we’ve rented from Enterprise tons of time without any issues. Asked if we had excess protection, and when we commented we had it through the RAC as it was cheaper than directly through Enterprise (something insane like £15 a day compared to £7 a day with RAC), his demeanour changed completely (as he realised he wasn’t about to exploit us for more money!) and he sent us on our way.When dropping the car off, the girl who assessed our car went and got her manager (not the same guy who gave us the car) and told us we had caused damage to 3 tyres and it was going to cost us £600. Chunks out of the tyres right next to the dodgy alloys that the manager himself the day previously had called a little bit scuffed anyway. It’s evident that the alloys being dodgy had caused the damage, but what can we do about it as it’s our word against their (smarmy) word and they know this. The girl herself said she had no idea how it would have happened!Very obviously a ploy to get themselves a full set of brand new tyres at someone else’s expense! Should also mention that whilst we were waiting in the office, one of their employees answered a phone call from a concerned customer who had rented a Corsa from them that was making a loud clicking/banging noise from the engine. When he hung up, he laughed with his colleagues “oh someone just calling about that Corsa that makes the weird noise!” so they’re obviously in the habit of giving out dodgy cars and then when it all goes to pot, they let the customer take the blame for it :)A gross and exploitative experience to be honest. None of the staff would look us in the eye, and the equally as smarmy manager who confirmed the ‘damage’ retreated to his desk at the back of the office and wouldn’t look at us, leaving the poor girl (who was likely just being told what to do) to deal with it!Luckily we had insurance with the RAC, so it won’t cost us anything but with a wedding coming up, it’s less than ideal and has made us vow to never use Enterprise again!Enjoy the 3 new tyres, I hope they make you very happy x

Great customer service, but the website and the reservation process need to be a bit improved. I first thought that the insurance was included in the fee. It was like a hidden charge while everything was almost complete, and I was getting the keys, and I was told to pay another £34+ for insurance.
