What a miserable experience in store today. The store was empty and the salesperson looked as though he didn't want to be there, not at all welcoming or even a flicker of a smile! His response when I remarked about his poor attitude, was that 'he didn't have to smile to all the customers!'

Mo helped us on Sunday to purchase the carpet and underlay for the stairs. Although we've arrived 10 min before closing he stayed longer to close the transaction and do the paperwork, he was very helpful and professional.Many thanks.

Helpful staff complimented by a vast range to suit all rooms and budget. Very patient and helpful when he had to do different styles and comfort levels for different settings in out home.Recomended!

We visited Carpetright today and was met by Ellie, who gave us advice about which carpet to buy. She was extremely knowledgeable and we ended up buying two carpets from her. Very pleased. Lovely service.

Great experience installing laminated floor in the whole house including stairs. We liaise directly with Carlo who was helpful from the beginning and has the perfect knowledge to guide you through the process. We managed to change floorings before moving houses and we received an amazing service from the fitters Alex and his team. Carlo and Alex definitely made our move stress free and they were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this shop just because of Carlo and Alex commitment. They will go the extra mile to help you.
