Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they helped us pack the items we bought into our car.. they have so many different kinds of plants and everything else you may need to go with it. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is such a great gardening centre. Enough variety and options without getting overwhelmed! The service is amazing... a family run place that’s been around for years. Paul, his dad and all the team were friendly and knowledgable and offer help with choosing the right plants..., to carrying and delivery. 5 stars for sure.

We hired Lancaster's Home & Garden to trim back an ash tree on our property. They provided an excellent service. Very reasonably priced and the lads who turned up to do the work were on time and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Lancasters Home & Garden keeps on growing :-) .... from the french antique store upstairs, to the extensive product range exhibited in the indoor plant and decor section, every time I have visited, there is a new addition!All staff members are knowledgeable and are happy to lend their expertise. A real attentive approach to service - I have never had to strain with heavy items - Lancasters always make sure that heavy goods are loaded into the car safely.There is a fantastic range of outdoor pots - much more tasteful than you'd find in the bigger chain gardening stores. Plants seem handpicked and ordered with careful consideration - I purchased a very unusual Delphinium the other week which was absolutely stunning.If you are in the Wood Street area this is one of the key places to visit. It is also, conveniently situated right opposite Wood Street overground station.

Needed a huge olive tree pruned. Joe and Sam came over, arrived exactly on time and carefully prepped our house so they wouldn’t make a mess; laying tarpaulins etc. After a helpful discussion about best course of action I was able to leave them to it, and they worked so quickly and with great pride. Along the way they offered guidance, made sure I was happy, and gave me the benefit of their professional opinion. Afterwards they swept and tidied, chipped the cuttings on site and left the garden and house spotless. I’m thrilled with the results, should’ve done it ages ago. Looking forward to getting them back to do some more soon.

Always very helpful service from the guys at Lancasters Home & Garden. I regularly pop in as it's close to home and they always have a great selection of plants and other garden materials I rarely need to go elsewhere. Lancasters also constructed my deck last October and I have been gradually adding plants and items to make it a very relaxing space and Garden entertainment area. highly recommend popping in if you are passing or making a detour..

We spent almost 12 thousand pounds of our hard-earned savings to renovate our garden, which has been a complete waste of money. We would definitely NOT RECOMMEND their service to any relative and friend.
