Trust me do not buy a final build in a development from Stephen’s. they have made out move to tornagrain a nightmare with shoddy work and terrible planing leaving us with a big gap in our front garden, ripped up flooring for 3 weeks from leaking. they can’t even give the correct energy supplier! 3 months in and we still can’t pay our gas or electricity because they haven’t provided there details to them.
