We needed a survey for local council Building regulations regarding removal of downstairs walls / RSJ calculations and a Loft conversion. Martin was fantastic in how quickly he responded to our request to call out to see us and how clearly he explained matters when we saw him, at what we felt were very reasonable rates. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he directly liaised with the council officers to clarify matters and helped towards a speedy positive result for us. We would not hesitate to use Martin in future and would recommend him to anybody.
