Extremely rude manager, disrespectful staff! Avoid this place at all costs if you want a respectable treatment!One of the staff even came all the way inside the hall to intimidate us, threatened to call the police- for bringing food in- AFTER CONSULTING THE STAFF IF WE CAN TAKE THE FOOD!

Feels a bit run down. There was no heating in screen 1 which made the whole watching experience uncomfortable. Also the premium" seats felt worse than the normal seats and were screeching with the smallest movement. The sound level of the speakers was also quite low which didn't help either..."

Good location, nice spacious seats although a bit squeaky. No cheap parking nearby unless you pay in the multi storey car park next to the cinema. Best to use the DLR to get there if you need public transport, bus routes are also available.Very few staff on duty if you need any assistance, the place seems deserted when I went on a weekday evening.

Went on a friday night to watch a movie after a long day of work and what a disappointment. Basically the sound was not working properly and we couldn’t hear anything the actors were saying, just the background music. After trying for 20 minutes, we understood we wouldnt be able to watch the movie like that and left. We tried talking to staff about the situation and they basically said there is not much they could do and told us to complain in the website. We did it, but nothing happened of course. We lost our time, our ticket, the money we spent with pop corn/soda, money for the transport and all for nothing. We just left and went back home. Really dont recommend this cinema

its was a good experience. when comparing to cineworld in Ilford here is better sound quality, the seating comfort and screen. overall its a quite place, but when you go to Ilford there always rush and people talking between the movies. and its near the DLR station so its easy to access the travel.

Absolutely abysmal. The place is almost desterted; with hardly any staff and is very run down. I tried to order a drink at the bar because i was early and the staff told me the bar closes close to9 when it was only 8:15 at the time. Then the cleaning crew didnt finish until the film was due to start. Once the film started it only took up 3/4 of the full screen. Finally the sound deteriated and sounded so muffled at least 3 times during the film (screen 10). I've read other reviews from months ago and the problem has not been resolved and is an issue in multiple screens. Not worth the money at all. I would have had a better experience pirating it at home for free. I've never wrote a bad review before but never had a cinema experience this terrible. Be warned.

Poor cinema experience, screen changed last minute , without any staff telling us. The ceiling lights never got completely dimmed during the movie. The only positive was the customer service from the guy serving at the bar on first floor.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cineworld, and I must say, it was a refreshing cinematic experience like no other. From the moment I stepped foot into the theater, I knew I was in for a treat.One of the standout features of Cineworld is its peaceful ambiance. Unlike some overcrowded cinemas, this one is usually quite serene. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a calm and relaxed atmosphere, allowing me to truly immerse myself in the magic of the big screen without any distractions.The lack of crowds was particularly appealing. It's disheartening when you plan a movie outing and have to deal with long lines and packed theaters. At Cineworld, this was never an issue. The availability of seating was more than adequate, giving me the freedom to choose the perfect spot to enjoy the movie comfortably.
