I started working for this company over 5 months ago, it has been such a pleasant surprise and experience working under great management, my supervisor Karen is amazing and a friend for life, my manager Martin was great with me, which is a first as I’ve always generally worked under quite poor management. I would recommend this company both to work for and for its services. I am leaving due to personal reasons, but I have never found it so hard to walk away from a job as much as I have this one before. This is honestly such a great company in my personal experience.

there is no rate 0, or else it would give 0.I do not have fingers that reach my hands to be able to count what is negative.no support from managersin a period of 1/2 months 4 or more different managers without ever presenting.payment failures without solving the problemno professionalismdo not work outfailures in delivrey and excuses in the products to workreduction of the pay rate without noticehead office never answers your questions is never aware of anything and are very rudefor more than 2 months I was only receiving half of my hours and always the manager ignored my callsWork contract wrong connotation never returned another correctwhen I started work they did not pay me the first week saying that I had one week in hand I'm up to today waiting to receive itunpaid coversvery very bad, do not care about cleaners just want to know about to fill they pockets

my partner applied through indeed for a cleaning job here, he had the interview date booked a week in advance, bloke called him an hour before the interview to cancel because 'something came up', not giving a valid reason. when asked when the next interview date would be, he simply replied 'i dont know'. didn't even seem to want to fill the position as they already had agency there. extremely unprofessional, such a waste of time and preparing for this interview. communication through email was lacking as well, extremely blunt responses and unhelpful. reading through these reviews as well, i cant say i am surprised. do not waste your time, DO NOT APPLY.

Don't bother with these scumbags. Someone in their office called Lisa sent me for an interview. When i arrived for interview the site said they had not heard of me and that there was no vacancy for the job. I spent 3 hours in total with travelling etc not to mention fares for the London underground. Totally rubbish people.

Just left this company ..but I can honestly say ive had no problems withh them and all the people at the hub are nice and helpfull ..eespecially jake.......im now back with the company ...happy

Great company, wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Works hard to provide a great service to clients whilst looking after employees. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I would Not recommend working for this company, the management is absolutely dreadful, no communication. They did not even bothered to actually let me know when I was supposed to start working, they did not communicate my working timetable and they have not notified me if my DBS had come out. Realized I was making a mistake trying to work for this unprofessional, unreliable mikey mouse company...

had to quit this company as i worked a full week monday to friday then they expected me to cover people over the weekend because they didnt have a day off well what about my day off after id worked 39 hours. They dont care about the staff the only thing good about it was the hours just 2 hours a day on a normal contract.
