Clean, welcoming.I think if they are gonna charge you extra for a feather cut and blow-dry when you said wash and cut, it should be up in the window.I was asked before I had it done but hard not to say no when your in the chair.The stylist was great, friendly and knew her stuffJust wish we don't advertise prices at a certain amount then you pay extra which to me comes with a cut, wash.

I went in with my 7 year old because she had pulled a hair bobble out and it had broken her hair just a small part at the front I expressed interest in cutting a fringe in and just a trim on the rest.The lady has butchered my daughters hair! I can’t even express how bad it is.She’s missed part of her hair so there are long bits and now even more shorter bits all over.

Betty and the team are so professional and always provide a fantastic service. I have been coming here to get my hair highlighted and cut for 8+ years. Absolutely love it and highly recommend for a bespoke service at an affordable price. Yasmin ☺️

Very expensive now staff quite pushy for you to have extra treatments. Even having foils a scrunch hair dry was extra not worth it now

Amazing service and price even better! The stylists really know what they’re doing especially with my curly hair! I love how you can just walk in. Such a friendly team and made me feel comfortable:)

Shocking service!! I came here wanting to have my hair thinned out and a little trim.The lady I had ,she cut over an inch off and she kept pushing me to have layers which I stated several times didn't and she used blunt thinning scissors and didn't even thin my hair out!! And she was brushing my hair with a mangled hair brushI felt so embarrassed I paid and left!I will never come back here again and if anyone is wondering to come here please do not bother waste of time and money.

Staff OK but don't listen to what you want one person in particular. Stopped cutting my hair and went out back to take a call on their mobile. Not very professional. Will I use them again maybe but have a different stylist maybe they will listen. Price back in September was really good now double the price

I’ve been a customer of Celly’s for almost 4 years and I often recommend the salon to others. Really nice people, a walk in and wait system, great service and accessible prices. I’ve had far less positive experiences elsewhere and been charged 10 times the price for the privilege so Celly’s has really restored my faith. I note that the few negative reviews on here are quite out of date and I’ve personally never seen anyone leave unhappy. The manager is lovely; highly skilled, friendly and patient with everyone.
