Had issues with the order and service but did get resolved after a few months hence I have changed my review. Product was good just the customer service could have been better and faster.

DWF store in Romford Southend Arterial Road is the Best! The staff Tayo, Katie and Stephanie all are like a gem! They fully supported me and resolved my issue straight away each time!The floor I choose required levelling they happily changed the flooring and when my second order arrived the grains in engineered wood where different compared to how it was in the store sample, the staff were great they supported me choosing the alternative floor I liked and resolved my issue in changing floor without me financially losing out!Thank you once again!Best wishesRubia

Dwaine, steph and katie were amazing and so helpful! I struggled to choose what colour flooring i wanted as there was so many options to choose from and the girls were super helpful and patiwnt with me!Couldnt recommend them all enough! Will definitely be back!!!

My wife and I just spent £2000++ this morning at DWFRomford, where we were served by Katie. Excellent friendly helpful advice clearly explaining options and each step of the process. Highly recommend the store as Katie was charming but not pushy, and the products were very competitively priced with 24 months interest free credit finance. Happy days!

Stef at Harold Wood / Romford branch, was amazing with helping myself and my partner find the perfect flooring, she went above and beyond to assist me. Dwaine, the store manager, really goes above and beyond. He was so knowledgeable and advised us really well after listening carefully to our needs. When their recommended floor fitter didn't turn up, they were super apologetic (even though this part is nothing to do with their service) and within 15mins of calling them with my problem, Katie had organised cover at the same price. It's rare to find such a dedicated team who care beyond the sale. Highly recommended.

DWF Direct Wooden FailThink twice before buying from dwf they are an absolute joke of a company. The people in stores are helpful but the minute you have made a purchase and leave the store you are now in the hands of the disgusting (customer service head office team). They have so many little jumped up kids working for them that have no customer service skills what so ever special shout out to Michael for that.Company had mislead me from the start to finish with a subfloor causing me alot of wasted time and money.Honestly people look elsewhere advoid at all costs. Dwaine, the manager, was an invaluable help as he helped me pick out my flooring. I had never gone through the process before and he made it very easy and smooth, and less overwhelming.
